Northern Tool + Equipment

Very clean and organized store. All employees practicing Covid 19 safety measures. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I went to Northern Tool to buy a toolbox for my truck. I bought one and brought it out to my truck noticing that the toolbox does not closed properly. I went back inside to see if I had a defective toolbox and to exchange it or to get a refund for it. As the cashier and I were refunding the toolbox, the sales associate tried to convince me that the toolbox is supposed to be like that and tried arguing with me about stuff that was labeled on the box.

Horrible service, i called numerous times to speak to a sales associate but whoever was behind the counter answering phones was just answering and hanging up immediately I know this because it answered on different ringtones every time it took me having to call the parts department to get ahold of somebody in this time of a hurricane coming how can you not have customer service or hang up on people that are trying to save gas because there is no gas but you guys cannot be ass to say no we don't have generators you just hang up

The service at this store is terrible. 4 or 5 people working at this store & no help. Even the FedEx guy said "good luck".

Excellent place. Bought a huge canopy to put in the yard. Very good quality and good pricing. Employees are very nice and helpful.

Excellent selection of products but 95% over priced for products made in China.

Great tool store. Many hard to find items are in stock. Excellent if you can't wait for speciality tools in the mail.
