Air Pros - Orlando

First time calling Air Pros to do my yearly maintenance on my AC unit. I have used others who I will NEVER use again for their professionalism and quality of service. My Tech Leo came today and I swear to you was THE BEST and MOST informative tech to work on my unit. Gave me a lot of info while also doing a 10 star job. I will be a customer for life. Do yourself the favor and call them for your service needs ! Thank me later

Technician Ariel Vega is awesome! He was super informative, answered all my questions, explained in detail the issues and solutions - super grateful for the lesson on AC units - thank you ! Given his 8 years experience and education, I felt he was an expert to learn from and his professionalism showed he knew what he was doing! Great experience overall! Thank you Ariel!

Excellent scheduled maintenance call today. I'm really glad I got the maintenance plan (which is $199 for two scheduled maintenances and one service call) when they came out to fix an issue last year. Big shout out to Alex who was professional, personable and honest. I would recommend them (and Alex) 100%.

My technician was Alex and he was great. He explained all that he did and was going to do in a manner where I can actually understand. We did a quick repair that’s going to save me a ton on my electric bill. Definitely appreciate how nice the service was and would use them again.

Mind blowing experience.......I was quoted $10,000 😳 for a motor that was inside the unit ......also for some air duct repairs. I signed the contract and was ready to set sail. Well after getting advice from a friend. I decided to get another hvac professional to come look at it. This guy not only fixed my A.C. in 5 - 10min but he only charged for labor ........informing me that the entire ac unit was under warranty for 10 years and the parts in which Air Pros where trying to charge me 4000 dollars for ........were actually free from the manufacturer. Guys please get a second opinion........and let's not waste unnecessary money on a scam of a company. I'll definitely be reporting this to the BBB I promise. Oh by the way......the guy charged me 200 dollars and the air duct was said to be fine.

Leo was great, I highly recommend Air Pros very professional and knowledgeable. Leo took his time to explain his systems and intricate details above hvac procedures!

The technician was good however, I was told when I made the appointment there would be no charge and that the hot air coming out through the vents was not normal. The technician said this is normal so what is it? The technician wanted $130 something dollars from me when I was originally pulled twice from the office but I would not be charged.

They had to reschedule it twice due to other emergencies which is fine as I was just a tuneup. However when the technician went to show me something out on the AC unit he left without turning it back on. I was inside and the AC was blowing but it kept getting hotter so I went to look at the unit and found the breaker was still off. Not sure if I will use again, up in the air with that one.

Air Pros tried to charge me $368 per pound for 410A for 3-4 pounds of coolant. Suggest getting a quote from another company before trusting in their business. Shameful to try and charge that much.
