I called Air Pros on September 6th at 10:30am to get a general diagnostic of my system. Their dispatcher answered and said a repairman would call me in about one hour once they finished helping their current customer. After 3 hours, I did not receive a call from the repair man, or even the dispatcher for an update. I had to call again myself. I was told the same thing as before- "You will be called by our next available technician." I didn't receive that call from an Air Pros repair man until 5:30pm- seven hours after I made my first call. When I answered, the guy said he would need to schedule a visit for the next day between 8:30am and 10am. Guess what happened in the morning... yep. No call was made to me in that time. It wasn't until after 10:00am that I decided to call again and get another update on the status of my repair man. I was told the same thing- "One of our technicians will call you once he's available after his current job." So I finally just said, "**** this. I was told the same thing all day yesterday. I'm done with y'all."

Air Pros showed me a lack of professionalism and consideration for my needs. Their poor communication and inefficiency is unacceptable.

Amos was great! We had just moved into our home in the middle of summer and A/C was not working. It was 89 degrees inside and miserable. Amos came in and was able to figure out the source of the problem. I love the fact that he took the time to explain the different steps be took to fix the AC and the reason behind them. I think he was very throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

This company charged an extremely large amount for labor. They scheduled repair 5 times and did not show. The service took 1 hour to determine issue and 45 minutes once they installed the part. They charged me 1500+.I won't use them again. Buyer beware.
