I called and spoke to an customer agent today named Anso (spelling?). He said he is out of the Orlando office. I called as a potential customer about my current AC unit that needs repair, but to also ask questions about my mom's current HVAC repair that she was having at her house today. This guy cursed me out, yelled at me, and slammed the phone in my face. I have never been disrespected like this in my entire life. I asked the manager to not continue with the installation for my Pembroke Pines house because of how I was treated on the phone by Anso. The most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service department I have ever seen in my life. Even his manager was too busy to talk to me about it. I hope no one ever uses this business for anything. They are monsters.
