Air Pros - Coral Springs

DO NOT USE!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. We had them completely redo our air ducts and install a new AC unit in August. After they reassured us that they had applied for and obtained the necessary permits, they performed the work. Now nearly five months later and we still are unable to schedule an inspection because they never pulled the appropriate permitting. They have given us the run around for four months now and despite us calling repeatedly no one has so much as addressed our concerns. They don’t even answer our phone calls anymore. Not to mention the fact that we already had to spend nearly a $1000 to fix a brand new $12,000 AC unit we purchased from them and which they installed. Avoid at all costs - this has been a complete nightmare and no one should have to deal with this after spending so much money. Now I wonder if I even needed a new AC and duct work of if they were dishonest about that too.

This company is a complete rip off. These guys are a bunch of con-artists and thieves who prey on people at their most vulnerable. I had them install an outside unit and an inside air handler in August of 2021. The blower motor went out yesterday and thier response to a warranty repair was just under $1500 for labor to change the motor. Also, to add insult thet told me they would register my unit with Rheem. According to the manufacturers website the unit has never been registered. Now I'm jumping through hoops trying to register it 2+ years after installation. Their technicians appear to know what they are talking about but must be taught to screw the customer over with a bait and switch method. They always offer you the proper parts at astronomical cost to the customer then offer a slightly less expensive option to get you to us that. Funny how when you call another (reputable) company their prices for this type of repair is $900 cheaper. Avoid this company at all costs.

Purchased an air conditioner from air pros. Recently went to use the heat and it wouldn't turn on. I don't use air pros for service because I had problems with them in the past and now use air around the clock. After inspection the technician told me that the high voltage cables were never connected when air conditioner was installed. Called air pros so they could fix the mistake that they made. Spoke with the general manager who was extremely nasty on the phone and stated that they would not fix it because he believes that air around the clock removed all the wires. This is unacceptable please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They are extremely unprofessional. Now my pets and small children will be without heat.

They called numerous times at 6am to confirm the 8-10am window, then called at 9am to confirm the 10-12 window and said "well I don't know who YOU spoke to but I am confirming 10am to 12 now"
The tech was nice enough.
Service was pricey.
Sure hope my ac stays working.

The technician that came out to my house evaluated my 2 AC units and determined that everything that was wrong with either AC units was $389. Even to flush out the system was $389. Ridiculous!! Scammers!!!

WORSE experience EVER. They STOLE from me. The guy was here for 2 1/2 hours checking ALL my AC system to give me a LIST of different prices for services to SELL when all I wanted was to FIX my AC. $300 for just cleaning the pipe and 2 hours after he left, the AC broke again!!!! Nobody has returned my call yet. Go somewhere else.

Promaster Air is amazing! I had receive a few quotes to install a new A/C for my house and a mini-split for my sunroom. I knew right away they were the company I would work with for my installs.
They were on time and did such an excellent job and were super nice to work with I knew I would use them for all my A/C needs in the future.
I can't say enough positive things about Juan and Jose, they were great to work with from the moment I first meet them for my quote to the install of both A/C units and later on I even had them add two air ducts into my bathrooms. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!!

Had a great experience working with Promaster Air Conditioning. I love the free estimate and the way the walking me through all the issues my unit had. I appreciate the honesty ..... I think they are very professional and I would diffidently recommend them in the future to anyone. "Five star service they got the job done next day!"

We had William come out and for the first time in my lifetime felt that we were being treated with true customer service. His only concern was making us understand exactly what he was doing and why. He was well equipped with both knowledge and equipment and was very efficient. I highly recommend this company for all your air conditioner needs. They will take good care of you.

I have a beautiful new A/C unit that was installed correctly and professionally. Jose the salesperson was a pleasure to work with and Dimitir and Jason were awesome technicians. They were on time, professional, and very friendly. They left my garage looking better than they found it.
