the gentleman did a visual inspection and did not check with tools and voltage. no part replacement. he told me that he replaced a capacitor when it was wrong. I even asked Micheal to check the UV lamp. fortunately I noticed that the UV lamp was defective which I had replaced by one that I had already bought. he told me that everything is guaranteed and if there were any problems to contact you again. I find these comments inappropriate.

Armani did the maintenance on the Air Conditioning unit outside and the air handler unit inside the garage! Totally satisfied with his work. Very conscientious worker and extremely polite! Keep him on the payroll!

My house had significant fire damage last year; it has required structural, electrical, Air conditioning repairs. The company Air America was hired to do the electrical work. The “Electrical manager” does not answer my calls or emails to continue with the repairs.

Update 6/15/2023. I was told after paying 75% of the total cost, the remaining work will be done. The payment was sent. I’ll see if the manager answers my calls next week, provides a scope of work and schedules the repairs.

Update: As of 6/22/2023, and after paying 75% of the total amount, the company does not answer my emails, and the electrical manager doesn’t answer my calls in order to schedule pending work.

Jay was very knowledgeable and informative. His recommendations were of great value. He should hold seminars for customers or you tube videos to help them make an informed secure choice. The Best representative Home Depot has ever had in my opinion. Thank you Caveman Jay.

I was able to call in and get a next day appointment in the morning to fix an issue with my AC unit. It’s July and we live in South Florida. Floyd arrived promptly, immediately diagnosed the issue and had our AC back up and running in no time. He even gave me advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. Great experience and would absolutely use this company again!

Replace my water heater and by doing this work he accidentally broke a pipe I needed to be replaced but never notify me this , he needed to come back another day. When I got home from work, I had to find out why my air condition was not working. No one told me from the office that this incident occur.
I was left without Air Condition from June 30 and I am still waiting to have Air Condition in my appt on July 3 I will fine out when is this going to be resolved , this Company have no regard leaving me with air condition without notice I am 79 and I needed to make provisions
No reason to recommended to my friend or family

tldr: If you want good quality service and fast and price is not a major concern, Air America is a great option for you.

Their electrician Tito ran new thermostat cable through our attic, installed the thermostat, installed a new fan mount in a bedroom and connected it to a light switch while disconnecting an outlet from the same switch. Tito was friendly and professional and had the work done in less than 2 hours despite the cramped conditions in our attic. He did the whole job the day after I called, same day as the quote which was nice. It was expensive, the price was about 25% higher than I expected, but Tito did a great job and we wanted to get this done sooner rather than later. If you want good quality service and fast and price is not a major concern, Air America is a good option for you.

I needed polybutylene piping removed/replaced. I called for an estimate, but Kyle was able to do the job the same day. I was shocked and happy. Kyle was so nice, and explained in detail all the options for this repair. He also told me the rough cost of other plumbing projects I’ve been considering, so I could plan for the future. The prices seem fair based on what I had been quoted from others. He was super professional and patient with my questions. I am very happy with his work so far. I’m glad I called here and am planning for a few other things that I will ask them to repair when I have more money. It seems like they have a pretty big team which is nice, you don’t have to wait forever for work to get done.

The tech that came to my house was super nice. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Sat down with me and explained to me exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. Also cleaned up spotless after himself. He could not have been nicer.

Our mini split needed cleaning. JR was the best. He put down plastic and vacuumed all the dirt. The unit is working great thanks to JRs perfect touch. I would recommend JR and Air America to friends
