The technician Michael Donnauro was very professional & knowledgeable and I was happy with his quick diagnosis of the problem which was icing on the compressor due to a failed fan motor. However, in hindsight, I feel that I way paid too much to have a Carrier 3/4 hp fan motor replaced = $1,981. I searched on-line afterward and found that I essentially paid the maximum amount possible. :(

Service on 3/23 was outstanding by Jesse Daguerre and Ryan Fisher. Very knowledgeable and great personalities. Very hard working for 4 hours and answered all of our questions People who do the work are the best representatives for this company

Not the great’s experience at first. My first technician I experienced was a nice guys but didn't fix my problem or diagnosed it correctly. I was extremely disappointed in the company based off it's high reviews. In speaking with Kat she allowed another person to be dispatched to my home for a secondary opinion. The second employee wasn't 100% sure so they sent out the third tech named Chris. Chris was excellent and professional and I wish I had experienced him and Kat the first time. Kat was able to apply the money spent the first time visit that did not fix my air conditioner to repair it correctly on the third visit. I was very unhappy at first but was willing to give them a second and third chance in wish they made it up to me as a customer as well as fixed the air conditioning problem. My family is now happy and we have no worries moving into the summertime with our newly fixed air conditioner. If you are unhappy with the work give them a second time to make it right, at least in my case I was glad I did.

We had our coils replaced and Herby Pierre Louis did excellent job. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. We are happy with Air America.

I worked with Frank and the team on a full electrical inspection and electric remodel work. He installed new switches and dimmers, moved existing switches, and helped with new outlets and wiring. He was able to help us identify issues with our thermostat and light fixtures. I feel more secure in my home and glad to have functional lighting in my living space. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He communicated clearly throughout every step of the process. It was great working with him and everyone! I will definitely reach out again for any electrical needs. ⚡⚡

I had purchased annual AC maintenance service plan and the service provider made a visit for annual check and instead of performing maintenance, was intent upon selling me a new AC system. He refused to perform the maintenance service stating that system had exceeded 10 years (although it is widely reported that ACs have life of 15-20 years if well maintained). I am now forced to get another service provider to perform the actual maintenance. This service provider is just a HVAC sales service and uses every service call to push unnecessary purchases!
