Kings Electrical and Air Conditioning

Kings Electric is amazing. They have great customer service. Talking to Lauren is like talking to a friend. Jude, the technician is also amazing and fast. He comes prepared and ready for anything. It was raining and I thought Jude was going to wait till it stopped but nope he was in and out. Job done and you still have the rest of your day just a wonderful company. I’m glad I came across them.this is my second time using them.

Jude was excellent! For both appointments, he called to let me know that he was on his way. He was polite and professional, always happy to answer my questions. Upon completion of the project, he asked to speak with the foundation company, just to be sure that he had done everything necessary for the system to work correctly before leaving. Very impressive!

I keep going back to Kings Electric for any type of service since they are always great and do an amazing job. This is my 3rd time reaching out to them. Their tech Ralphie once again serviced my home and it was nothing but perfect. He is every knowledgeable and experienced. Will recommend them for any type of electrical service.

Ralphie was great. Helped us repair two outdoor light fixtures that were sagging off the garage wall. The work he did was good quality and it looks great now.

Jude was awesome. He was able to move my outlet up behind my TV and my antenna to the opposite side of the wall. This wall contained the water pipes. The finished job was clean and reasonably priced.

Sometimes you get lucky when you use a new vendor. Such was the case with King's Electricians. Ralphie was everything I could have hoped for in a service technician. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, patient, efficient and thorough. I would not only hire him again, I have done just that, contracting for more services. I have seen higher prices for the same service, and have also seen lower prices. I felt the price I was charged was a fair one for the service I needed. I would highly recommend this company.

Kings Electric charged me for a service call which they never showed up for... So I called their office and explained the situation and the lady that answered the phone ... She said that she would check with the technician and call me back and refund the money back to the card.
But she never refunded my money nor did she call me back.
I hired them because of their rating on Angi but I'm very disappointed with the service.

Gonzalo was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with in depth information about the service that was being performed on my unit. And he gave me tips to maintain my unit monthly.
