Kings Electrical and Air Conditioning

Jude showed up AM today. We had some electrical outlets in the kitchen that went out. It was $89 to come out, (Which is ok) but he wanted $596 to repair the outlets. He didn't even check the breakers which was what was so hilarious about what he wanted to charge. He said they only charge a FLAT rate and wouldn't let me talk to his supervisor. He said I could call the shop. I will be filing a BBB Complaint as well. I gave them there $89 and told Jude I would no longer do business with this company.

Update to Company response. Your tech knew good and well it was a fast fix. Just got it done with another company for $195. FLAT RIP OFF RATE? I own a home remodeling company as well. Shame on you!

We have used Ralphie Pagan at Kings Electric and A/C for years. We love his knowledgable, friendly attitude. The job is always done perfectly every time. And oftentimes he has suggestions for our projects that are way better in appearance and/or functionality than our ideas. Great job!

Jude did a great job, and was very helpful and informative throughout the process from quoting through work and install. The office was very responsive, and everyone showed up within appointment windows. Everything is very clean and works perfectly.

Ralphie was very informative and helpful and pleasant to work with. He is very careful and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job. I would recommend him for sure.

We added a new refrigerator, and realized that we needed to have a dedicated electrical line to support it. I called King's and they sent someone out the same day for a quote, and we scheduled the service.
They came on time, did the job quickly with a minimum of disturbance to the drywall, and cleaned up. Very professional. we will use them again.

Review a/c cooling issue where the leak was located at the coil for the outside fan. Refrigerant was added at high price

Had an outlet added in my garage for ev charging. Reasonably priced. No hidden costs. On time arrival. Electrician did a great job.

Scheduling a service call was very easy and I was happy that I could schedule the repair the same day. The electrician let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and quickly diagnosed that my problem was not actually an electrical wiring problem like I thought. Everything was very professional. The price was fair. I am going to thank my neighbor that recommended Kings to me.

Horrible service, called because some of the power went out. Gentleman came did who knows what for an hour, took about $2000 and said everything is fixed. The next day, a/c stopped working, most breakers tripped for washer and dryer. I called to tell them. 4 days later, still no one has shown up. They said to call someone else to fix it. What did they do with my $2000.
