They also sealed fiberglass duct work that was torn up by other vendor cleaning with too stiff of brush. The two men who came were courteous, on time, thorough and polite. Covered floors and furniture where necessary and cleaned up perfectly. The price was more than reasonable!! Great company.

Damien and Matty were very professional and polite. They covered my floors and answered my questions. They called when they were on their way. I had done research on duct cleaning companies and the ac company I use also recommended Air Quality Control. My neighbor also was very happy with their service. I also had the ducts sprayed with the speciality coating.

The process was very professional and thorough, I received a call prior to the truck and crew coming out to my site by the office explaining the time frame and the names of the two men coming out , shortly afterwards one of the men called me and told me that they just put my location in the GPS and they would be here according to the GPS in forty minutes, you could have set your watch by the time.
They came in no fooling around , set up plastic on the floor and started the process, at the end when they were done I could not have asked for a more perfect job, thanks again, job well done.

Professional, responsive, and clean. A definite hard to find kind of company in South Florida. They went above and beyond to do it right and correct issues they found, left by other contractors.

I would highly recommend this company. It's a family run business; scheduling was quick and easy - Mike & his son came to assess and give an estimate. By the end of the week we had workers in our condo to clean and repair our air ducts. The workers (Fab & Joseph) were so respectful, kind and efficient. They did great work and left our place cleaner than it started! Mike followed-up to ensure my husband & I were happy with the work. I would definitely use them again!

My experience was overall very positive. I would hire them again and I would recommend them to friends and family. They were very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, experienced. Service I purchased: AC fiberglass duct cleaning + encapsulation with IAQ 8000 sealant, AC ducts and plenum and probiotic anti-microbial coil treatment mist.

***Experience & Positives***
Found Air Quality Control Environmental from google in August. Customer service exceptional - they started off recommending I get duct cleaning after home renovation and even explained to change the filter regularly throughout renovation to protect the coil. Our home renovation timeline got extended multiple times and Anna/Karen/Mike were more than happy to reschedule multiple times as needed, so appreciate that, not once did they get annoyed, which I would say is unique, thank you!
They were able to provide a quote based on my detailed video footage that I shared with them - inside the duct openings - so I didn't need to coordinate a visit for the estimate, which was convenience for me.
They use IAQ 8000 as standard, which is a premium product even mold remediation companies use.
Today the work was completed - Damien and his team were scheduled 12-2, they phoned 30m before arrival, so, within the scheduled window. Upon arrival they explained the job size (small) and time (1.5h) and they completed in that time.
They first covered areas below every register/vent opening.
They vacuumed the ducts well with a strong industrial sized HEPA vacuum, with an extender and a small brush on the end.
They sealed each vent opening afterwards, before spraying all the sealant.
They applied the IAQ 8000 with a strong sprayer all the way the end of the ducts and plenum.
They cleaned my AC cupboard - almost 100% dust free - way better than it was.
They vacuumed the surrounding areas around the vent openings after the job was complete, leaving my place cleaner than when they arrived.
They checked if I had any registers to reinstall. Personally didn't need the registers installed yet because I have painting to do, but that was nice of them to check even thought they were not in sight.

***Points for improvement***
Mike and team could advise 4h window period to ensure customer is available for the whole time needed. Fortunately I had nothing else scheduled that afternoon.
Mike and team could explain beforehand that they don't clean or encapsulate exhaust ducts at all, due to liability - I thought they were going to clean those, so to help, I had already spent time removing the exhaust fans so they could vacuum inside the exhaust ducts and encapsulate them - that was the only annoying thing.
I'm not sure if they applied the probiotic treatment to the coil that was included in the service - so always show the customer when you do. Getting the AC handler coils cleaned anyway, so not a big deal in my case.
