I was a little nervous when I noticed a strange smell in my house but only when I come home after a few days. It is hard do describe but it was a "musty" smell. When I was home everyday, I would not smell anything. I called Air Quality and felt very comfortable when I spoke to Mike. He educated me on the possible issues that I could be having and what my options were as far as a solution. His team was very clean, professional, and polite when they performed the cleaning and sealing of my ductwork. (I paid the extra for the special coating that they use). Now I have peace of mind and there is a noticeable difference with no odor whatsoever since the work has been completed. I'm glad that I paid the extra money to have sealing done as you can't really put a price tag on the air that you breath. I highly recommend Air Quality to anyone that wants to have the same peace of mind that I do when it comes to the air they breath.

I have recently come to need the assistance of Air Quality Control Environmental Inc at my condo in Florida. Mike has gone above and beyond in trying to access the problem. Since I am in NY, I have great faith in him as a professional. He is very informative and guarantees me that he will get to the bottom of this. We are still a work in progress. They are very professional and on time. They did my AC duct cleaning of the whole house and fixed my drywall ceiling due to the AC drainage pipe leaking. They are very reasonable and honest. I highly recommended this company.

I called for a duct cleaning and they found mold in my house. They gave me a very low price so I didn't feel the need to go through my insurance. I rented a storage pod, moved my own furniture out of their way. Boarded my dogs and moved into a hotel. All so that they could work without having to work around us and get the job done. That was a month ago and the job is still not done. After they got my money, the price kept going up as they kept " finding more mold" and now I'm over 3 times the original quote, they took off and left my house in the hands of sub contractors. The supervisor that was supposed to be checking on the job daily hasn't been here in 2 weeks. I caught the sub showing up at noon and leaving at 3 so I moved back in to supervise my own job and that was 2 weeks ago. A contractor I know says the scope of work should have been complete in 2 weeks max. I have been lied to and given promises about when the work would be done several times and yet at least 3 days of work, probably more, still remain. Don't hire this comany unless you don't care when your job gets done.

Mike at ACQ was referred to me by a family friend and I truly cannot say enough about Mike and his team! I had been getting sick month after month and couldn't figure out what it was. I took a look at the ac filter and then up in the duct work and knew right away that a cleaning was required. I called Mike on Saturday and he was at my office on Monday morning (WOW!). We agreed on price and service and on Wednesday, I was greeted by Wayne and Art, two of the nicest and most professional gentleman I've had work in my office. They took their time to cover up my desks and talk me through the entire process of what they were going to be doing. They were thoughtful, kind, and extremely hardworking. I can't say enough good things about Mike, Wayne, Art, and ACQ, overall! Thanks so much, guys!
