Joseph, the technician was very thorough. He checked the breakers, thermostat and opened up the air conditioner. His in advance preparation made installation day go very smooth.

Dakota was a great tech and did quality work. He is truly an asset to the company and he is not only great at his job, he’s very personable. I didn’t give 5 stars only because of the price. They charged me $400 for a $30 part on Amazon and the total for installing a float switch and installing a new thermostat I had already bought online was almost $800 total. Luckily they had a veterans discount so I got it for just under $700 total which is still an outrageous price for a float switch and thermostat install. 5 stars for service and tech and like 1 star for value.

Rick Corbin from Art Plumbing did a great job. The job was not easy, converting a 1 sink layout to a 2 sink layout, but the end result turned out GREAT. Rick also replace 3 leaky valves on the exterior of the house. He worked very hard, was very courteous and friendly to talk to. I would recommend him as a plumber to anyone.

Called Art Plumbing and they were out same day within few hours. Purchases a washing machine as we were installing old pipe was old and rotted. Plumber James was able to solve our issue cut old pipe and installed new pipe to code. He saved the day! He was very professional, friendly and had all the right tools and pieces for the job plus cleaned up. Great experience would recommend Art Plumbing and the professionals that work there. My parents and I have done business with Arts for years, for they are timely, professional, masters at plumbing and electrical work. Service within 30 minutes ( I was amazed, above and beyond expectations!) Every plumber at Arts, is top notch. Steve took care of my hot water heater and is the best!!! Steve is that exceptional professional…. 5 stars is the highest and I give him 6, if that was possible> outstanding! Friendly, a master at his trade, explained everything clearly and was kind enough to answer all my questions about properly installing a hot water heater ( I do all my installs, usually, but this was more complicated and needed a professional) and gave me an education. Arts has a great ambassador with Steve. Myself being a professor I know a professional, plus an educator when I see one. I can’t say enough great things about Steve and Arts and this is the reason they have my business over the years and will continue to have it. John Pandise, Marcus and his co-worker Vience were on time, professional, and provided answers to all my questions. They worked as a team and provided a clear timely of the installation process of my new AC. They both were pleasant and provided the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Jason was prompt to the appointment. He came to tune up my HVAC/AC unit and was thorough enough that he pointed out some concerns. He discussed options for me to fix, and was able to give me the solution that I needed.

As we called with an emergency, they quickly responded and kept in contact with us through text messages letting us know who and when the technician was going to arrive.

Mike Perez is an excellent technician. Very polite and knowledgeable. The kitchen's sink wasn't draining the water. I knew the possible clog was beyond the p-trap. He explained what could be the problem and the different ways he could go to solve it. Happily, when he uncapped two pipes connected to the vent and turned on the garbage disposal unit with the water running, the problem resolved by itself. He explained to me, there probably wasn't a clog, but a vacuum problem. He didn't charge me. I would recommend him to anyone.
