Casey handled the disconnect/reconnect of kitchen plumbing, garbage disposal install, and ran an ice maker line on our kitchen renovation. He was competent and very professional. The cost for service was reasonably priced.

Kameron did a great job on the installation. He explained all my options thoroughly and let me decide. Showed me the finished work and explained what was done and what to do in case of warranty work.

They came out to service my AC from one of their $79 specials. The tech basically looked at it, and told me all the things that are wrong, and that I should replace it. He thought it might be around $5,000. He didn't do any service on it, but he sent a salesman to look and give me a real estimate. The salesman's "budget" estimate was around $10,000. When I told him I needed to think about it, he had an attitude like, why am I wasting his time? Very unprofessional. I felt like I paid $79 for a one two punch sales pitch, rather than an actual AC service. So, this happened 2 years ago. Why am I writing about it now? Because I get calls from them a couple of times a year (I got one today) assuming I'm a regular customer and asking when they can schedule my summer AC tuneup (more sales technique). Every time they call, it reminds me of the bad experience. Every time, I ask them to delete from the list and stop calling me. Like clockwork, 6 months later - another call. I thought by recounting my experience, maybe I would get someone's attention.

Have been using Art plumbing for more than 5 years for our annual maintenance. The employees are always professional, information is provided up front with cost and there’s no high pressure sales. Highly recommend the team for your hvac needs.

Steve is a great guy! I would recommend him. He came to our house to give us an estimate on a new water heater installation. He was timely and professional. He took the time to explain the best options for my situation. He is appreciated.

This company is highly unprofessional with unreliable and incompetent workers. My family has been a customer for a few years now. We paid thousands of dollars to install a new AC unit only for it to break down numerous times. Whenever we call to schedule a maintenance they show up later than the scheduled time or do not show up at all. There is always a “mistake” or “miscommunication”. My ac unit has been out for 3 days now and when I called to schedule a service they never showed up. A lady informed me that there was an “error”while scheduling my appointment and they would come visit me today however no one has come to repair the unit.
It is ridiculous how my BRAND NEW unit is constantly breaking down. I am highly frustrated and unsatisfied with their work. Would not recommend their service to anyone.

I called the business and they were very friendly. They sent Mike and when he came to my house, he assessed the situation. There was a leak from my toilet. The leak was within the walls and there was no way to know without cutting into the wall. However, he immediately knew without cutting. I thought that it was a leak was coming from the shower since it was recently remodeled.

Mike, provided an estimate and was very clear on what to expect. He started to work and removed the toilet. To my surprise, it was exactly what he said.

He also took photos and fixed everything very quickly. He was friendly and cleaned the area where he worked.

I would definitely use this same company again.

Rory is an employee of Art Plumbing. We are very impressed with his professionalism. He is a serious worker, he stays on task, timely, pleasant and respectful. He takes time to explain every aspect of the process to assure his client complete understanding of the work being done, and assure that he would be available should any additional help or questions arise. He stays in touch with his Manager to confirm appropriate answers to difficult inquires. We believe that Rory goes beyond the call of duty to assure client satisfaction. He is a trustworthy employee and Art Plumbing Co. should be proud of him.
