Shalom came with Jay and both of them were very professional. They gave me a couple of choices. They were very honest and very reasonably priced. I’m very happy with their service. I will definitely call them again if I have any other future issues with my electrical.

Had technician Jason do an AC tune up on three units. The work was very professionally executed and completed. Probably the most thorough AC "tune-up" since having the units for 8 years. The technician Carlos was great, friendly & efficient. I called to schedule the service a week in advance then received a call 1 day prior to appointment to reschedule for a Saturday 9am. That Saturday the technician called me at 9am saying he’s at the address but no one was there. Little did we all know that the one who schedule the appointment entered a complete different address from the beach to 40min out west, had a different name & address under my account number. Had to wait 1 hour & 30 min for the technician to arrive (not his fault) In the mean time I had to call to create a new maintenance call and the lady on the phone was laughing not believing was she was hearing and kept repeating I don’t know how this accounts got switch! Overall I wouldn’t contact them again for service, I guess you get for what you pay for, low prices, cheap customer service. On the other hand the technician apologized for the scheduling & dispatch people and completed the job in a timely manner.

I had a problem with my main A/C unit in the house; the technician showed up early min the morning, diagnosed the problem an recommended a solution. I was in conversation with a neighbor and signed several forms based on trust but I do not recall being given a cost. I ended up paying $673.82 for the installation of a capacitor and KS1 Super hard Starter Kit. I later checked in Amazon the price for the components and they did not justified in any way, shape or form the extremely high price I paid. I contacted them on writing to give me a breakdown of Labor / Materials , didn't answer, repeat the request and I'm still waiting.
Of course I'll never call them again and suggest a very careful review of everything to be signed and a clear understanding of the cost of the job before you commit; trust should not be par of the deal.

My husband and I have a BRAND NEW AC SYSTEM in our new home. ART installation was great. We had to call for repairs to the unit a couple of times. The last service call wasn't what we expected. ART technician charged us for the repairs. My husband and I noticed in a couple weeks that we have a parts and labor warranty on the AC SYSTEM. We called to get a refund and STILL NO REFUND. ACCOUNTING DEPT said they only refunded $30 and claims to have left voicemails. Here is no evidence of a $30 refund to our account. The accounting manager/supervisor has yet to respond. We were expecting a better outcome.

Rory and the timent art are the very best at what they do as far as I’m concerned here in South Florida.

Anytime, there’s a concern in my home with electrical plumbing or AC. I pick up the phone without hesitation and complete trust that they will do the best they can at the very best value they can for me and my family.

I have called an Art Plumbing Air conditioning and Electric and requested for an estimate of an installation of the tankless water heater. I was given a time frame for the same day. Right before appointment I have received a text message regarding appointment confirmation ,with the the name and the picture of the technician . Technician Casey DeFalle promptly arrived at our house and assessed what needs to be done. He was very courteous ,professional , honest and knowledgeable. He provided us with several different options and estimates , that we have received in our email shortly after he left . We feel that this is the company that we will probably go with in order to get the water heater installed. Thank for pleasant experience.

Very professional, and knowledgeable during the install, your team made a bad situation into having a positive outcome at their expense. I can't give enough credit to Angel and James.
