He gave me very detailed information in reference to leak sensor alarm turning on.
Some water infiltration occurred in the closet where the water heater is located but it was not from the water heater.

Water detection and repair. Robert T, gave me an education that will last a lifetime. He gave straightforward answers and if he wasn't sure of an answer outside of his scope, he gave suggestions, or referred a person who had the correct answer.

Casey did a great job assessing our need and gave great advice about replacing our water heater.

Superior customer service from the person answering my call, booking my same day appointment, to the electrician who was responsive and professional. Jonathon came to our home earlier than expected and actively listened to us explain our issue. He throughly assessed and diagnosed. We knew we knew we needed to upgrade our electrical boxes and wiring up to code, and he explained in detail the process and gave us a cost breakdown. He shared our main concern which was getting our electricity back up and running in the interim. He replaced the fuses quickly and we were back up and running efficiently. I am so happy I reached out to Art Plumbing, A/C, and Electric!! We will be moving forward with them for the major electrical upgrades. I highly recommend this company! Their prices are fair and they are beyond professional.

He recommended the best equipment, helped me set up a financial payment plan with the HD credit card, and was very supportive, answering all of my questions. I appreciated that they went the extra mile and came out to service my AC even on the Saturday afternoon on Easter weekend. When it later became necessary to install a new AC, the installer technicians were professional, respectful, polite, and patient. Additionally, I must commend them both for honoring my request that they wear masks inside my home. They wore them the entire time and they were high quality masks. I am most appreciative for their compliance to this request and consideration for my safety. This company has earned my trust.
