My experience with Art Plumbing and A/C was very amazing. The two technicians that came out were very polite, professional, they explained every step of what they were doing. Made sure everything was work perfect before leaving. I would recommend them to anyone for their Electronic and A/C needs.

Ngan and his installation partner installed my AC unit. They were friendly and professional. Completed work timely and cleaned up after. They were a pleasure to work with!

Was not able to leave a separate review for John, the sales representative….he was also wonderful to work with. Gave a fair quote which was same as the final bill. Addressed any questions or concerns. Called the next day to see how everything was.

Wow!!! Completely blindsided by the unprofessionalism. I was quoted $499 over the phone for a simple coil cleaning. I was told that if the tech finds any issues DURING the cleaning, I “might” have to pay more. No problem, that’s reasonable.

Day of the appointment:
The tech was already an hour and a half late when he called to tell me he was on his way. While on the phone he said the price is now $749!!! He didn’t even get to the property to look at the unit and he JACKED UP the price by $300!!! We proceeded to argue about the price, finally having enough, I canceled the appointment.

Do yourself a favor…stay far, far away!!!

Casey was on time and pleasant to work with. We got our hot water heater replaced within 24 hours. The installation was neatly and professionally completed. We would use Art plumbing again.

John was great. He made quick byt thorough work of the estimate and gave me options to choose from. Great experience.

Jonathan came out to check on a faulty outlet issue in out kitchen area. He was able to detect within the 10 mins he was there. He was honest and gave advice for future issues. Definitely will recommend for family and friends.

Art Plumbing does excellent work. We have an annual plan which results in discounts, quick service, and other benefits. They are very responsive. We have used them for numerous items of repair an installation. The pricing is commensurate with the quality of work. They are very honest, as to repair v. replace, and as to to recommendations. I have used many different plumbers and find this company to be at the top.

I contacted 3 companies and Art’s Plumbing was the one that was quick to respond. They scheduled plumber, Anthony to come to our condo, sent email and text with info including picture of plumber for safety purposes, contacted condo about insurance requirements, plumber came on time, was very professional, pleasant, efficient. Cost was reasonable. Provided email with invoice, pictures and video of work done. Would absolutely recommend Art’s Plumbing

James is very knowledgeable and professional.
He made sure to thoroughly research every question I asked. He explained things in a plain spoken, easy to understand manner. He was honest about the condition of our water heater and the options we have moving forward.
I will gladly have him work at our house again.
