Arts has fair pricing and professional plumbers. I highly recommend Arts. I have been using them over 20 years and have always been happy. Today I had James who was thorough, tidy and quickly diagnosed and repaired my leak. I also got a same day service call for a reasonable price. Thank you Arts!

John, the repairman, came because our toilets were not clearing and when attempting to flush or plunge, sewer water was backing up around our master toilet on the floor, into our master shower and into our tub in the guest bath.

Scheduling was fast and expeditious with Cindy, and John was a dream to work with. Clear, concise and provided a recommendation/quote immediately. I was pleased to learn that a camera scoping was included in my price.

This was our first time using Art and I appreciated the user experience from the beginning with texts showing who our technician is to the reviews that they each receive in advance of them showing up. Really a good vendor experience during a not-so-good home experience. We will be using Art again.

I love the feature of receiving a picture and synopsis of the technician I should be expecting, it makes me feel safer in 2023! Alex was a phenomenal technician and communicated effectively throughout the entire process! He was kind, and able to explain how I could prevent the issues from happening in the future.

Cheiff was out to my house this afternoon to discuss my unit that has been giving me problems since I moved into it a year ago. He listed to all my concerns and didn’t want me to waste my money on replacing parts. He gave me many options on a new unit and I’m having it installed Monday. I’m knowledgeable in HVAC and know everything he explained to me was the truth. I’m looking forward for the installation.

Overall experience was perfect. The reminders and advance technician information and photo were greatly appreciated. Our technician Victor was absolutely the best! Besides being totally knowledgeable and qualified, he performed extra services just to be certain all our electrical work in the condo was safe and operating properly…he checked GFI receptacles and circuit breaker panel. He was very friendly and personable, and extremely neat and clean; he wore booties the entire service call, and cleaned up all residue and removed all trash and old parts. But he went beyond what was necessary. The part needed for our repair was not in stock, and would take about two weeks to order. However, after leaving, he made some additional phone calls and located our switch, and returned within the hour to complete the project. Extraordinary service.

Water leakage from roof has been persistent since it has been installed, and still leaks during heavy rain.
In summary, the company has failed to provide proper services since initial installation. I have had multiple interactions for issues with the HVAC unit that included multiple instances of water leaks due to improper installation of my roof HVAC unit. The most recent being the fan seems to have stopped working and now claim that the unit is outside of 1 year mark and is not covered for repair and that would lead to labor coat $680 fee.

The person installing the toilet was great. Very professional and installation went smoothly. Cleaned up area before he left.

Their call center had some issues. Tell you they are going to call you and say someone will be there by a certain time and that did not happen. Originally someone was to come to my location on Friday afternoon and did not show up. Didn’t even get a call that no one was coming. I had to call and see what was going on.

Jay Brijanand came out to give us a quote for installing a full service generator at our home. He was hands down the best contractor I’ve ever interacted with. He was polite and very helpful and answered every single question we had. I can’t speak for the services of ART just yet but the customer service was the best it comes. Thank you Jay!

Matt did an awesome job of the installation of a new light fixture. He was super efficient and did a quality service. Art is the best in Broward county for sure!
