Elizabeth was wonderful with getting me a appointment right away. Even calling to see if I wanted a earlier appointment since there was cancellations. Louis was wonderful. He went over everything with me and most of all was honest with everything that would have to be done. He took his time and even took me aside and explained everything. I will be doing business with Louis and now I even know they don’t just do ac but many other services that I also will be needing. Thank you Louis 20 stars out of 10.

John did an amazing job. He came within an hour of me making an appointment. Very friendly and professional. Took care of my problem and then some. Even suggested maintenance and possible solutions for other plumbing problems. I would definitely use Art plumbing again and would definitely ask for John!

Daniel Auletti and assistant also named Daniel were both professional and experienced. They explained everything in great detail, provided options and performed the work in a short amount of time.

I had a bad experience with a competitor of theirs months ago on another project at my home and this was truly a night and day difference. I would highly recommend Art’s and I learned that I can even request Daniel, which I will for future projects.

Jason found a manufacturer defect causing major coolant loss.
He explained the coil needed to be replaced and hoped it would be available soon.
He was very pleasant and easy to talk with...a real asset to his employer ( and their customers).

Today he brought the coil, installed it, charged the system and we're good to go in time for summer heat/humidity . Also, got us started with the trane mobile app so we can monitor it from home up north. Once we get the app settings up and running no more wondering if it is working well. You rock Jason!! Our technical expert Dekota was amazing! Our AC cut off (never good for Miami Summers) and we had a tech at our house in less than 10 hours. He quickly ID-ed the problem, offered us solutions on how to fix it, then fixed it on the spot. He put in the extra effort to help explain our system to us and on how to take good care of it while conducting repairs. I highly recommend this company and specifically Dekota to everyone who is having AC problems!!

Ngan & his team were great. They arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They removed our old HVAC and installed a new one. They also left our house as clean as when they arrived. We were also able to get next day installation after making our decision to go with Art which was great since it was 80+ degrees in our house with the previous AC running 24 hours per day. Our new unit cooled our house back down to our desired temperature an hour after they finished installation. We had a great experience with Art from our initial contact and quote with Leslie to installation day. Thank you!

I haven’t used it yet but I did sign on for their incredible service. Jonathan was personable, professional, proficient and knowledgeable. He explained everything and I will definitely recommend this company.

Unless you’re rich, avoid them.

My tech was very friendly and helpful. However, I paid him $99 for nothing because I was quoted approximately $350 to replace a kitchen drain pipe, $550 dollars to install a kitchen faucet I already bought, and another $400 to install a garbage disposal I also already bought.

Unless you’re rich, save yourself the $100 as you cannot get to see their astronomical prices until you’ve already committed this money…. :(

We arranged through Home Depot for a new water heater installation by Art. They were professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout. The pricing is clear and reasonable. Our technician, Steve, was very knowledgeable, responsive and did terrific work. We plan to use Art again for any plumbing needs.
