Sofia who answers the phones at the Coral Springs location is completely incompetent. I had first called to inquire about getting my AC serviced. I gave her my email and she said she would email me the info that day. Fast forward to 3 days later, I had to call again, and spoke with Lauren, who let me know she had never sent it, and sent me the info the same day.
I had agreed to have them service my AC on the 9th, but called to ask if someone could come earlier because I'm afraid I may need a new unit. She told me that "they don't do that" and that the next appointment would be on the 26th.
Then I called back telling them I need a new AC, and they scheduled some to come the next day between 11 am and 3 pm. Then they sent the tech to my house at 9 am, and of course I wasn't home. I saw technicians card in my door, I called them. She said that he would be by later between 3-6 pm. I agreed. Then they call at 4:30 pm to let me know the tech will be between 8-9 pm, I agreed. Then at 5:45, Sofia calls me to reschedule "since I wasn't available when they came by earlier in the day". When I tried to explain my displeasure with rescheduling and how everything was handled, she continued to interrupt me when I was speaking in a terribly rude manner. I'll take my business to a company who is competent, honors their scheduling agreements, and is respectful to their customers.
My a/c unit started shutting off after only a minute or two before cooling down to the temp on the thermostat. So, I called ATC to setup an appointment based on the great reviews they have on Google. The tech came out the following day and told me that the motor on the blower unit in the closet was bad. I had only installed this unit back in 2015, so it was still under warranty for the parts replacement, but ATC said that they would charge me $799 just for the service to install the item. I paid the $99 trip charge to ATC and decided to shop around, fearing that $800 seemed much too excessive. I called around and found that other companies were in the $350 to $450 range for the same service to install the blower motor. To make matters worst, a tech from another company come out, tested the blower motor 4 times and said that the problem is not the motor... the issue was that the water was not draining properly from the drain pan so the safety switch was causing the unit to shutoff to prevent flooding. The tech simply cleaned the drain pan and drain line and the unit was working fine again. So, I can only conclude that either the ATC tech was inexperienced and didn't know what he was talking about, or was trying to intentionally charge me for an UNNECESSARY REPAIR for more that 2 TIMES the average rate of other A/C repair companies. Regardless, I will NEVER use ATC ever again!

Ann Marie Flynn was very helpful & efficient in getting James to came out to our home to evaluate the problem and recommend a new a/c system. James was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We had our new A/C installed within 24 hours. Thank you to Al, AB& James for installing our new A/C & John & his Navy partner for cleaning the ducts. All work was done with efficiency in a great time. Excellent Company!
I had Gerald come to look at my leaky AC unit. He called me a half hour before arrival and was on time. Very nice gentleman. He knew exactly what was wrong and was very knowledgeable on what would be best to do to fix the issue. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He did not rush at doing the job and took his time , which made me feel good knowing he knew what he was doing. I felt very comfortable having him in my home . I would definitely recommend Around Around the Clock !!

When we bough This Unit in April 2020 was with 2 Years Maintenance Service, so from the beginning the Compressor is making a loud Noise at least 1 time a week, I report this when the Unit was installed, they come , they replace some parts, but still making the noise. Today the noise was for more than 20 minutes, so I call to schedule my maintenance. The person who answer, just try to sell me another warranty because according to her, my original warranty expire in April. So I ask for the warranty of the equipment, once again another person try to sell me a Maintenance service and warranty is for just 1 year Labor 10 year parts , at this point they will charge me to come to check the problem. I have my original Contract and said 2 years Labor Warranty, 2 year Maintenance. I'm a general Contractor and is sad to see how this people do Business .
We bought a brand new unit less than three years ago, and have had nothing but problems with it since the first year. Every year, something breaks or doesn’t work correct. The unit we had before was more than 10 years old, and other than the age, gave us no issues until it was done. There is no reason a brand new a/c unit should not be working unless the product itself is poor quality and poor parts. Then when you call them to fix or replace parts, you get charged a RIDICULOUS price for labor fees. At this rate, I should buy a new unit, because with all the issues it’s had and will probably continue to have, it would probably be less expensive. I will never buy from Air Around the Clock again. If you’re considering them, I would shop around a bit more. Would not recommend.
This is the worst company I have every had to deal with! I put in a air conditioning compressor a year and one week ago. And it broke and they are refusing to fix it! I have tried calling many times and they are refusing to respond air around the clock is the most incompetent unprofessional people. These people are impossible to get a hold of! And when you do get to speak to them they are very rude and act like they are too good for you. Not in a million years would I let these people near my air conditioning they wreak what they touch!
