Brandon Service Corporation

I have used Brandon Service Corp for years. They are the most honest and reliable AC company I have ever used. Neva and her husband know so much about AC units. I always refer them friends and clients too because I know they will treat them well and not scam them! I highly recommend them.

Wanted/NEEDED to replace our older noisey and inefficient A/C! Called, spoke to the owner, Neva, I believe. She was very pleasant and helpful. Within a week we had three nice, professional men arrive on time and install a beautiful Rheem A/C and thermostat.
They worked hard in this heat, cleaned everthing up and took away the old A/C and garbage.
No A/C is cheap, but we must have A/C in Florida and the price was reasonable.
I recommend Brandon A/C!!!

We have been using Brandon Air Conditioning for both our home and business. The owner Neva is very knowledgeable, super kind and responsive to our A/C needs. She has us on schedule for our A/C check ups and has filters sent to us on a regular basis. Their main technician John is very polite, quick and efficient. They keep us cool so I never have to lose my cool.

Contacted Brandon A/C for a Freon issue and possibly a new compressor or handler. The service person arrived and immediately began complaining about the sprinkling of rain and after coming down from the roof said he could not check the a/c because the roof was "too dirty". We then told him to leave but were disappointed because Brandon was highly recommended by a friend. We did go with another company and reported the behavior to Brandon.

I have been using Brandon Air for several years. Neva, the owner, is absolutely the sweetest person. She will even try to help you solve your problem over the phone without sending someone out or charging. She is super friendly, fair, and professional. Also, Dennis (one of the lead technicians) is one of the best and honest AC techs I have ever met. There is not one thing that he can not diagnose and fix! They never try to sell you anything you do not need, they fix the problem right the first time, and their prices are very fair. I highly recommend!!!!

We rarely afford a business five stars, but Brandon Service Corporation deserves every star. As a business owner they provided superior service whenever we called. Now Brandon has replaced my home unit and we have experienced lower electric bills and Brandon's technicians couldn't be more prompt and provided us the best and most courteous service. I am confident that Brandon advice is always in my best interest.

I needed a new air conditioner in a hurry. Our unit went down and it was in the 90's. I called several companies for quotes and the price and service I received from Brandon Service Corp could not be beat. They were able to come out the next day and install a new unit. They did a great job with the install from the efficiency of their work to explaining the system to us after it was installed. They handled all the paperwork for the warranty. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Let me just say that Neva of Brandon Service Corp is the most knowledgeable HVAC Pro that I've even had the pleasure to work with!

Called up asked for a coil cleaning, they cleaned the drain line said a coil cleaning was unnecessary, charged $250. Ac froze again they said the drain pan needed to be cleaned another day with no air no doubt another $250. Ac froze again for the third time in 3 weeks they are now saying my ac is different after research and i may need a coil cleaning but they fixed the torn up insulation on the unit as a courtesy we will wait a see if my ac breaks again in the middle of summer. When i call the office she continues to tell me the coil cleaning is difficult, and she has researched and found out it may need cleaning. After asking how it works now if i have to do the job i originally asked for she told me she was prepping for a hurricane and could not deal with me at the moment. I was obviously very emotional at this point as i have now had 3 days of no air while trying to run a business and out $500 while being told they now think i may need to pay another 500 if it breaks again. Overall i think they are just incompetant not dishonest so if your willing to risk it i would still say try someone else

Got our AC unit replaced, the gentleman that installed the AC was friendly and willing to take the time to explain the process to us. The guy who I spoke on the phone with and the lady that does the notary are unpleasant. They both are rude and have attitudes.
