Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric

I absolutely recommend Art Plumbing & Electric! We first used them to replace our electric panel. There were some issues, but they worked with us to get through them. Then we had them replace our AC when it broke down. Steve F. was awesome and explained the process perfectly so we knew what to expect AND they were able to complete the job quickly so we were only without AC for a couple of days. Finally, we needed a new water heater. I can't say enough good things about AJ!! He was professional, on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and very good at his job! We had another quote for the water heater that was much lower, but after the good experiences we had on prior jobs, we wanted to use Art again and I'm so glad we did. It's not just the people doing the jobs, either. Every time I called or emailed whoever I would speak to in the office was friendly and helpful. This is a great company and I plan on using them again in the future!

Howard was knowledgeable about his expertise and provided good advice and feedback to the customer. Very professional and straight to the point. I would definitely consider doing business with great people like him. Good work and kudos to Howard!! Thank you soo much!!

Casey did a great job replacing my old water heater. He was very courteous and explained how much the installation would cost before he began. And stuck to it. No surprises. Very efficient and professional. I recommend him highly.

Robert Faust was amazing fixing my AC. He was honest, on time and extremely professional. He throughly checked my inside AC unit and external unit. I would recommend Robert again in the future for AC needs.

Howard was excellent!
He was very knowledgable and was able to repair our air conditioner. It was no easy task because the unit was old, but he persisted until he finished. ( in the hot Florida sun)
We are very grateful for his prompt and effective service!!!

This review request is premature. the technician came to give an estimate of what the job involves, No work has been performed yet and no date to actually perform the job has been set.
So... He is a nice guy and inmediatelly understood what I needed done and he started the evaluation and scope of the job,
Stay tuned for the next chapter and ask me for the review at the end.
That being said I would have like a hard copy of the job evaluation by paper, text message or e-mail.

Rick, the plumber assigned to replace the water valves was respectful, thorough, explained my options, left the area as he found it. He assured the quality of the products will give peace of mind for years to come.

My AC stopped working. Since Art installed the AC two years ago, I called them immediately and they arrived the same day. Dispatch kept in contact with me until the tech arrived. Techs Brandon and Carlos (Broward County) were excellent. It wasn't pricey either. I strongly recommend this place. Update 9/15/2022, The valve to the water heater broke and water leaked. Called This company again since they did an excellent job, They immediately sent Robert. Robert fixed the problem and did an amazing job and his knowledge of the situation was excellent. I strongly recommend this company.

John and his helper were responsive and on time! Trouble with tub draining very slow. The drain went down very smoothly after cleaning up. Very good team!! Would recommend Art Plumbing!

Robert is an excellent technician. Very kind Very professional, patient professional respectful.
