Calling to schedule a plumbing appointment was completely painless. Anne was quick, thorough, and made it easy to coordinate. Daniel was assigned to the job, and we were beyond pleased with his work. On time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, really could not recommend him more highly. He made sure to explain everything at each step, so nothing was a surprise. And the job was finished with care. Very glad we called and incredibly happy with Daniel's work.

Second service call with Art’s Plumbing and Air Conditioning and it was equally as good as the first. They emailed service tech info with photo so I knew who to expect. Rick was polite, professional, thorough and explained what he was doing. Rick was exceptionally accommodating with a parking issue at our condo - very patient. I will definitely call them again.

Anthony and Eddie went above and beyond to swap out a VERY OLD (30+ YRS) water heater. Tight space to work and outdated plumbing and electrical was brought up to code. Total turn around from initial phone call to completion was less than 24 hours. They worked as a team and left the work area spotless. I'd definitely use either one of them again. Thank you

Best experience ever. Marcus and his partner were very professional and very knowledgeable. I had my A/C unit in less time than I expected. They are life savers. Thank you guys. You’re awesome!

Mike was great! Art did well for the most part until the second half of our service. We received a text and email with a photo showing Mike was returning.
However, his apprentice showed up instead. Now don't get me wrong Anthony did uphold the standards of work and professionalism.
As a customer excitedly one person and someone totally different showing up on this day and age can be dangerous.
People pretend to be service people all the time. What if we were elderly and just trusting without asking? I'm just suggesting Art plumbing get these small but could be dangerous technicalities worked out.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the worker's and work done by Art plumbing.

Scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. No call no show. They then called me back, a week later, to reschedule service. I really needed the service to my A/C so I agreed to another date and time. The second date and time came and went. Again, no show no call. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Both day’s I took off from work for the service and not once, but twice they didn’t show. I will never call or reschedule with this company again.

Where do I start?
This company is extremely unprofessional and truly considering in regards to safety. They are contracted from Home Depot (beware). We bought a water heater and got it installed. During the installment they had to cut pipes causing it to interfere with my new a/c unit. They cut my safety switch to the ac unit and the “apprentice” is to blame while a supervisor was present. It was not checked before leaving and only explanation they have is “that is how it was before”. Although we saw the day of the installation march eighteenth a black bag carried around and the elbow pcp in that bag. When we got in contact with this company the same supervisor on duty was AJ or Anthony Giménez. Treated me like a legit liar and all he did was refer back to the before and after pictures. Like the time gap of when these pictures were taken this couldn’t have occurred. On top of not being a licensed a/c technician to even check the problem. Aj advised me of the lawsuits this company has had because of “no before and after pictures..” Oh and to contact my a/c guy (because in January when they came to do maintenance before they left they cut my safety switch). Instead of finding a solution.

I strongly discourage hiring this company. We contacted them in August 2021 regarding a small ceiling leak, expecting reputable service and a warranty; as opposed to a smaller/ independent company with 1-2 plumbers. Wrong decision to make, probably would’ve gotten faster and more efficient service choosing the latter.

The project started in October 2021 with a 5-10 day completion estimate from the team that arrived to install pipes. In December 2021, I inquired about the delay and learned it was due to city permitting issues. Taking matters into my own hands, In March 2022 I got the permit myself within a week through persistent calls to the city.

During inspection in April 2022, we failed due to permit wording discrepancies. I was miseducated about the project, resulting in inaccurate charging for partial work. In early May 2022 I called for updates, I was transferred Yennefer from permitting, who is by far the most discourteous, crass, and abrasive person I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. She lacks common customer service skills that is required when you work for a business that provides SERVICE to CUSTOMERS for monetary gains. After discussions with Jordan (accounting) and Matt (management), we agreed to a plan in late May 2022.

The project was initiated in October 2021, it is currently May 2023 and I still have holes in my ceiling. I don’t receive calls unless I initate them. There’s been no updates. Yet, they will likely expect full payment (at an increased premium price) for previously mentioned subpar service. I have a busy schedule in my personal and professional life, so the holes have gone unnoticed. I’ve called to check the status, and nothing progresses. Nevertheless, I feel it is unreasonable for me (the paying consumer) to drive the project forward, while the company delivers inadequate customer service and expects full payment. I don’t live life with many regrets, but the decision to pursue service from this company is high on that list. Please see attached video of my home right now, 19 months after initial start of project.

Steve arrived on time. He was really professional, knowledgeable, honest. He provided honest quotes and solid advise. I will definitely ask for his services again for any electric/plumbing work at my house

Jonathan Pineiro was great. He was very knowledgeable about everything. Gave me a quote for replacing an electrical panel. Friendly and patient with all of my questions. I can tell the service would be top notch, but I will update this review if I end up using there services on replacing my electrical panel on my house. 👍👍👍 I would definitely recommend getting a quote from these guys for any work needed.
