Incredibly nasty office manager. They didn't show up for the scheduled appointment and left us sitting in the heat. When I called and they said they could no longer come out, I went through Thumbtack. Five other companies responded, on a Friday, and all were able to come out. We got our A/C up and running very quickly with another company. I would never contact BriskAir again. I've signed a service contract with another company.

Brisk Air was extremely quick to respond to my calls and services. They also took the time to find what I was asking for in terms of unit and service. They have made sure that I am very satisfied with their work.

I've been using brisk air for 3 years now. They have been very easy to work with. They have a great warranty program on their products so if something goes wrong with the unit, they can repair it at no cost. The technicians are very friendly as well

I first contacted Brisk Air to take a look at my unit as I was getting an error message in my thermostat. Matt and Sandil came the following day and took care of the problem. However, they gave me the bad news that my unit was on its last legs which I already sort of knew since it was the third time in less than a year that I was calling an AC company to fix something. They got me in touch with Andy, who came within a few days to do an assessment of the situation. Long story short, I not only needed a new unit but also new duct work as there was mold in them. Andy took his time to walk me through what needed to be repaired with a no bull approach. He worked with his team to put together a plan for the entire house with the different things that needed to be done by taking into account the size of the house and of each room, and suggested a couple of equipment options. Andy and his team completed the entire installation (unit + new ductwork) in one day! Even though Andy mentioned that they are not a cleaning company, they made sure to clean up after themselves. Andy came two weeks after completing the installation to do a quick check of the work and he noticed something minor in the ductwork that needed to be fixed. He came back with one of his team members a couple of days later and took care of it. In addition to all the work, Andy and his team took care of all permits, rebates and county inspections. Outstanding job by this company. I just wish I had done the work sooner. Class act people and company. Thank you Andy, Jacklyn and Team!

The business is a complete rip off. When my thermostat was not working during a maintenance call they told me my your only choice was to pay $541.00 to replace a thermostat or forfeit my maintenance. I said I would fix the thermostat myself, the price is an outrage! The technician refused to do anything else change my filter nothing but they still want to charge me for him coming to my place.

Brisk Air is the best A/C company I have ever used. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and, most of all, honest. Jackie, Alan, and Juan make you feel valued as their customer and take the time to make sure you understand all of your options. They repaired both my units and, when it was time, completed an install with a fantastic new unit. They stand behind their work

I love using brisk air for our air conditioning services. Matt has always been on time, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and friendly. The price for everything including twice yearly maintenence has always been reasonable and the time between scheduling and service been remarkably short.

Andy and his team of installers at Brisk Air were punctual, proficient, and perfectly professional! We solicited estimates from several companies for the A/C installation we needed. Andy himself told me: "We're not the cheapest company around, but we are the best." He spent a lot (and I mean a lot) of time assessing our needs, and he gave us a very reasonable and comprehensive proposal. On installation day, his crew was right on time; and they did an outstanding job installing the new A/C unit. Very courteous and professional at all times (always wore booties on their shoes whenever they entered our house, cleaned up after themselves where the installation took place). The friendly and accommodating office staff was a pleasure to deal with as well. Overall, we are very pleased with the work they did and have already recommended Brisk Air to friends and family.

Brisk Air and their team provided a superb install of a new 4 ton system and all new ductwork in one day.

The office staff provided great customer support and excellent communication. They went over the different maintenance plans available and even emailed samples of their in-depth maintenance reports.
