Jacklyn in the office was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my questions while setting up the service call.

Juan, the service technician, arrived on-time, was very professional, wore a mask and shoe-covers. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest.

In all my years dealing with several HVAC companies, I’m finally satisfied & impressed with one in particular- BRISK AIR! For 21 years, I’ve suffered through the back of the house being so uncomfortable. From start to finish, the process was easy, streamline, professional, & actually enjoyable. Andy, the owner, explained everything and never “pushed” anything on us like other companies. When he says customer satisfaction is important to him, he means it! The ducts & vents were completely replaced, cleanup was impeccable, & our new AC unit installed. Andy and his employees were professional, had a positive outlook, & answered all questions. I called them last knight because my AC unit was not working, Jackie answer the call and give me great service on the phone. i explain my issue and she help me over the phone. then we schedule a visit for today, the technician Julian come over the house and take care the problem with the AC. thank you Jackie and Julian for a great service.

Andy, the owner of Brisk Air, and Kenny came out to do the install of our new air conditioning unit. (American Standard unit) They were very neat and did a great job. I was impressed that the owner of the company was knowledgeable not only in the products sold but also in the installation. He stands by his products and makes sure the job is done right. Andy made a point of explaining things which was appreciated. He also took pictures along the way which he shared with me for my own filing. Thanks Andy

From the initial phone call with Heather to both of my appointments at different locations with Juan, I am beyond pleased . Heather more than helpful, friendly, efficient and accommodating. Juan professional ,knowledgeable and honest. It was so nice to deal with both of them and their genuine care and concern for my AC issues. .

All I have to say is Juan Mejia is the best, you'll be lucky to have him as your tech.

Everyone that I had to deal with from this company had great customer service. I had many issues with my AC due to a previous "contractor" and Brisk air was able to come and clean up the other "contractor" mess. My pipes had to be replaced in the wall, honestly they did a great job. Andy also followed up with me 2 weeks later which meant alot. Thank you so much!!! Will recommend Brisk Air.

This was a really big job, and it was done well and professionally. They had two teams doing all the work at the same time, and they finished up in one day! Both Andy and Juan were really helpful and very pleasant to work with. Andy was particularly helpful and got me a small ac window unit until work could begin.Very professional as well. I would definitely recommend this company!
