Juan has been here servicing my a/c several times now. I just HAD TO SAY " thank you".

He is such a superb young man.
He always figures out the problem; never looses his cool no matter how frustrating the circumstances.

Brisk Air originally installed our mini split unit a few years ago. We currently needed some work done on our family room which called for that same unit to be uninstalled. Sandil and Kenny (same person who originally installed the unit)came out to do the uninstall. The very next day they came back for the reinstall. The were very efficient,courteous and professional. They care about the customer. Brisk Air has chosen good people to serve us, the customer.

The technician was very polite and appeared knowledgeable. He indicated after inspecting my outside unit that it could not be repaired and recommended a replacement
I told him I would consider options
Haven installed the system myself 15 years ago, I decided to look at the parts he indicated where broken.
What I found was that the access bolts had rusted and I was unable to inspect the inside. I also noticed that I clearly left hand impressions on the oxidation on the box.
No other Mark's were present indicatingI'll that he never opened the unit.
I contacted the company with my concerns and they rudely stated that I was wrong and that regardless of my findings the servicem as n is correct.
BAD COMPANY!

Andy suggested that we use the occasion of replacing aged components with a re-engineered system that included energy efficient replacement components and the installation of additional air outflow vents that resulted in better airflow and warm air elimination, while saving energy costs and improving the indoor atmosphere of my two-story Fort Lauderdale townhouse. The newly re-engineered system is highly efficient, quiet and effective in moving refreshing air throughout the interior spaces while at the same time reducing the amount of time the unit has to be running to achieve these results. Without Andy's expert advice, I would have simply changed out the worn out components without realizing that a partial redesign of the overall system would result in something much better at a reasonable cost. I truly appreciate someone who went beyond the simple fix to a broken component and took a broad view of the situation and came up with a non-invasive way of re-engineering my HVAC system at a reasonable cost and completing the installation over a couple of short days with excellent crews and contractors - all under his expert and consistent supervision.

Extremely Impressed with Brisk Air! So professional and always on time. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I believe this is because they are a family owned and operated company! I will never use another A/C company again!

I called them late one evening after one of my A/C units decided to take the night off. They called me back in minutes, and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning.

Their tech arrived on time, identified and fixed the problem right away and most importantly didn’t push any unnecessary replacements of equipment. They just quickly fixed what was a small and inexpensive problem.

I will definitely call them back the next time we have a problem or if we do decide to replace units.

Update: Have used them several times now and they consistently fix the problem, just the problem, and never try to push any expensive plans or replacements like most other service companies. When the time does come to replace my aging units, I’ll be using them.

Andy is awesome and was a great help with all the info I needed. They made everything easier than I expected when replacing my AC system. The install was fast and they are very professional. I would highly recommend

Andy was prompt and professional and quickly repaired what was needed on a Sunday morning within 2 hrs and had inventory on hand for what was needed to be replaced. He knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Juan was great! He was very professional/ knowledgable and he provided AMAZING service. Jackie in the office was super nice and able to accommodate my schedule. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend them.
