Brisk Air is very responsive, very professional and reliable. Getting a permit her is not easy but Andy stuck with it and got it done. Highly recommend them.

Long story here. I was a repeat customer with this company. I used their services to replace the coils and optimize my system. I even bought some fancy features but declined on UV lights. They will a la carte you to death with all the add-ons.

We being loyal to the brand called Brisk again for a leaking air duct. Brisk came out and spent maybe 10 minutes in the attic and diagnosed the problem. He advised that they do a heat map survey and would need to replace the entire duct system. We declined on getting the entire system replaced as it was too expensive and involved getting permits and such. He advised that he would need to have another more skilled guy come out and give pricing for the repair.

At the time, we noticed the technician was lingering around rechecking the system that they just optimized a few months ago. We left him to inspect and then he said we need to pay a diagnostic fee and service fee. I opposed, he then said the diagnostic fee will applied to any future work, so we paid it in good faith.

A week went by and we heard nothing from Brisk. I called and spoke Jackie. She advised that we declined the services. I said 'No', we were waiting for the full estimate on repair. She advised we declined and there's a fee for coming out and diagnostic fee. I told Jackie she never mentioned this and she adamantly denied it. I advised that she check the recorded call and get back to me.

Long story short, after a week she admitted she didn't say it, but it was implied. (LOL) what a crock of Sh*t. I told her to refund me $85.00 of the monies I paid since no service was rendered. But she refused.

No integrity. And Jackie was beyond rude and dismissive. If she read Juan notes in the additional details section, she will see that Juan said "Will contact with scheduling and additional pricing". She denied this as well.

I want to add that the technicians here at Brisk are professional and knowledgeable. Jacklyn leaves a lot to be desired. As a small business owner, I would never let her run the front end of my business. I could only imagine that she is there because she's a family member and she gets a pass.

Good customer service shines when things fall apart. Terrible customer service is just terrible and unacceptable.

I really wanted to like this company.

I have been around the building industry and contractors much of my life. Brisk Air (and the owner Andy) are on top of my list after they installed of my AC unit. Dedicated, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. In my opinion there is not another option for AC repair/replacement in SFL.

This was our 1st time using this firm. Juan & Matt arrived exactly as predetermined. They were very personable and meticulous in all their work. They described every aspect of their work. They offered insight into a remedy of a problem we were having (unrelated to the duct cleaning). We now realize that they are THE BEST and we certainly suggest this firm to anyone looking for quality service work.

Andy was our sales person as well as the onsite tech for the entire install of our new unit. The entire process took well over 12 hours.
Andy listened to all of our concerns, fulfilled all requests and exceeded expectations.
The team of gentlemen working along with him were all very efficient, clean, thorough and courteous. Great Job!

Brisk's two hour appointment window is more than reasonable, and the A/C tech, Andy, pinpointed arrival time from the road.
