Brisk Air

This is my second review for Brisk Air. They cleaned my coil last year and did an amazing job. They came to my house for a service call. I signed up to there comfort club and I couldn’t be happier with the savings. I installed an air scrubber to clean my air and kill germs and viruses on the surface areas of my home. I didn’t expect to feel such a difference! It really is unbelievable. I feel so much better now when my grandsons are over knowing that they won’t get sick from my house or bring a cold to my house that I would catch that I would catch. Thank you Brisk Air I Can Feeeel the difference ;)

After hearing from our roofing guy that the leak around our living room vent was due to the duct work in the attic and not a leaky roof, we contacted 3 different air conditioning companies for quotes on how to repair this issue.

Andy Andres of Brisk Air, was not only on time to the appointment but gave us a thorough analysis of our what our issues were (it included mold air ducts) and a brief overview of what the process would be to resolve the problem.

We could not have asked for a better experience. Andy and his team were professional in every way. We had an assessment of our home in relation to our current AC system and the duct work and he gave us 3 options on what could be done. We did end up replacing all our duct work and purchasing a new AC system.

Once we chose an option, his team came in and did the duct work in an efficient and cleanly manner (they laid tarps of all over our furniture and hallways - the mess was minimal).

We don't look forward to any more AC issues but if we do, we know who to call. Thank you Brisk Air!

Highly Recommend! 4 am one morning my AC condenser caught fire requiring us to replace our whole unit ASAP. Andy was there the next morning and had the whole AC replaced the next day. Him and his crew were very professional and made our lives as easy as possible. If you are in the market for an AC, I highly suggest you give Andy at Brisk Air a call :)

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Had my entire HVAC system replace. Andy was extremely professional, knowledgeable and meticulous during and after the install. His crew was also first rate and friendly letting me watch the whole process. The custom HVAC design from his consultant works amazingly well. It doesn't get better than this folks. It was the week of our wedding and the whole AC went out. Andy got me back up in just a few days with a brand new AC. Mine was very outdated and not worth the repair. Andy and his crew not only got it done quickly but did an amazing job. The staff was very friendly and hard working. Have referred them a few times over since and gotten good feedback from those people as well.

Brisk Air was great all around. In a world where it is tough to find good service they hit every point. They came out to my house the same day my AC went down. The technician Andy explained everything that went wrong and what he did to fix it. The AC was back up in 30 minutes. I will continue to call Brisk Air anytime I have an AC issue.

Andy Andres and Brisk Air are the most professional, honest AC company out there. They are always prompt and stay true to their word. We trust them more than any other AC company out there. Our AC went out and they were able to replace it the same day as promised!

Juan is an absolute delight; he is that rare combination of qualified, competent and kind. He explains what he is doing, gives you hints on how to care for your investment, and is conscious of the customer's budget.

In truth, I am repeatedly impressed by everyone at Brisk Air - from scheduling appointments, to answering routine and not-so-routine questions, the front office staff deserves a "shout-out" as well.

A pandemic is enough of a crisis to deal with, but when your air conditioning goes out in 94 degree heat on a Sunday evening, you totally appreciate having a compassionate and caring person assist you in making a decision that best fits your pocket book.

Six months - later - October 8, 2020

In COVID-times, it is reassuring to have a company that continues its exceptional customer service.

I recently moved from Coral Springs to Delray Beach, and while I purged and purged AND then purged again , one thing I knew I was taking with me was my Air Conditioning company!

Prior to my closing, Juan came out to assess the current AC system. He suggested what needed to be immediately versus what I could wait on.

No question I asked was too small. So many times salesmen and repair personnel are dismmissive or frighten you into unnecessary purchases; nt this company - nor this repair person.

I am now in the new house, and today was my first maintenance call. Again - on time, STILL - competent, understanding of my pocketbook and the many up-front costs (expected and unexpected) that always accompany one when they a move into a new home.

In short - Brisk continues to have my 5 star rating.

Andy was extremely helpful and on time. His knowledge of the business was second to none and he even made little suggestion to help our system run much more efficiently. Love that you can order filters directly from them. The pricing is fair and they stand behind their work! Very impressive!!

Brisk air was professional and did an excellent job fixing our airconditioner when we had an issue. We will definitely continue to use them in the future for all our air conditioning maintenance and repair needs. We highly recommend them.
