Gabriel was very polite while I had him on the phone, but they did not return my calls multiple times, and they missed both appointments they were scheduled to appear for. So I didn't even get the pleasure of doing business with these fine folks.

I am disappointed because this place has rave reviews on Google and Angie's List so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to work with them, but they just never really bothered to show up to do the job.

I called twice on different days and left my information with Gabriel and no one called me back. Finally Gabriel promised to come to my home to look at my air conditioning this morning. He never showed. He called an hour after the fact claiming he had a wrong number (I gave my number to him three different times, and spoke slowly and repeated it to him).

So he apologized and promised to make it right and show up at 7 this evening, even though it was after hours for him. I gave him until 7:30 and he still didn't show. When I called him, it went straight to voicemail, so I just cancelled the appointment.

Apologies are nice when you know that the other person is working on correcting the issue at hand. I am flexible as long as there is communication, which clearly this place lacks. Unprofessional and ridiculous.

AQCE did a great job. We had a duct evaluation & estimate and duct cleaning/restoration. Arrived promptly, professional, good communications and response times, & friendly service. Fair pricing for the services provided. Overall very impressed with services provided to us by AQCE. We will use them again in the future.

After Months and hundreds of dollars spent trying to figure out with various AC contractors what was wrong in my house, we were So Fortunate to find Mike Dexter at Air Quality Control. My children had been having severe allergies and the humidity in my house was so severe. Upon Inspection, Mike found mold growing in my AC unit and coming out through my vents. Previous contractors had misinformed us that this mold was ‘dirt’. Mike was able to access the situation and give us answers that no one else could. He has a wonderful knowledge and understanding of the Air quality in a house and promised to make my house a Sanctuary again. We stayed at a hotel for a month and all through this time Mike has been our Savior. He got us in touch with all of his resourceful contacts (AC company that replaced our AC, cleaners for all our clothes etc., even the mold inspector)and right away he got working on fixing our torn ducts, duct cleaning and very thorough mold remediation. The mold clearence test came back ‘All Clear’ right away and my house truly feels like a Sanctuary now!

This company is a 10. The fellows who came to the house were very professional.

Last spring, we had a terrible smell in our house. After a multitude of failed attempts in locating the source of our problem, we were given the name of this company through a friend. Instead of Air Quality Control trying to convince us to clean or replace our air ducts, Mike, (even though he was on vacation), called us back, and suggested that the wiser route to take would be to call an animal control service first. They would be able to discern if the problem was even IN the ducts themselves or outside of the duct work. Mike then recommended and called an animal control company for us, who in turn made a professional, thorough investigation of the problem for FREE, since an exact source of the smell could not be located (although evidence pointed to the death of a large animal within the AC unit itself).Mike, again, called back to make sure that this appointment went well. We finally ended up just replacing the antiquated, nearly 2 decade old AC unit (even though eventually the smell subsided). Having lived in Florida for only 3 years, we were SO pleased to find a company that was HONEST and WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE, even though it didn't profit them financially in any way! We thank you SO MUCH for exemplifying the true work ethics of being trustworthy, professional, caring, thorough and not stopping until the problem is rectified. Many blessings!

Service was scheduled for October 7th 2017 at 1:00 PM. Got a call a day earlier to confirm and Ricky and Wayne were there sharp at 1:00 PM, previous to that they called 20 mins. before coming over. Both of them were thorough with their work. I had my ducts cleaned, vents disinfected , fiberglass coat the ducts and clean the dryer vents. Wayne and Ricky took their time and making sure everything is done perfectly, took all the precautions to make sure that the furniture and the floor remain clean. Post job even vacuumed the floors. We could not have asked for better people to come than Ricky and Wayne. I will keep trusting this company and specially keep asking for these guys to come to do the job everytime. If you are looking to take care of the air in your house then stop searching the net and call Mike Dexter and his team. BTW - Anna who takes care of the appointments is super courteous and professional. 5 stars to the entire team.

Well most people write to complain. I am writing to complement. I needed my HVAC Ducts cleaned on a Condo I purchased
in Lake Worth Florida. After much Google searching, I discovered
the NADCA Association. I researched Local Companies they
List and found AQC Environmental, Inc. based in Coral Springs, Florida. Called them and talked with the owner Mike Dexter and was surprised at
the time and care he took to explain the whole process to me.
He offered a great price for cleaning and Fiberlock IAQ 8000 Coating
so I contracted the company to do the job. I had heard a lot of bad
stories about Duct cleaning outfits being rip-offs so I was naturally a little apprehensive. Quite to my pleasant surprise the Team that came
to my house was professional, highly skilled, courteous and expedient.
They far exceeded my expectations. When they showed me the
before and after pictures they took of each Duct, I could not believe it.
I have been having some Nasal and Respiratory issues since moving into the Condo built in 1978. In just a day or so the difference in my
Air Quality is beyond belief. Now I am a true believer in your industry.
Several of my neighbors have come over and were equally impressed
and have scheduled AQC Environmental to clean their HVAC systems
as well. Congratulations to Mike Dexter and his Senior Project Manager
Art Calamari and his Team for a job super well done. And congratulations to NADCA for insuring the industry standards for Certified and Trained

Had a great experience all around and the result is amazing. The before and after pictures clearly show how the last duct cleaning (last month by another company) had failed to remove much of the old dirt and smells in the ducts. The difference is truly like “night and day”.

Not happy my time was wasted and i was lied to. I scheduled an appt and waited for tech to arrive. I was told on the phone I would be called for a specific time between 12-3. Never received a call from the manager, and tech never showed. I called around 1 and left a message, and received no return. So i wasted a day waiting around for nothing while my problem isn't fixed. That and their prices were higher than normal, but i was assured that the reason was their professionalism and work are the best. Dont waste your time with this company.

The duct cleaning and lining was done in a very professional manner by a courteous and efficient team. Very pleased with the process and results. Iker was a great team leader and insured the job was done to his and my satisfaction.
