Wow, is this the BEST company to get your air ducts cleaned and sanitized or what?! My dad was recently diagnosed with lung cancer, so we wanted this done ASAP. We had the pleasure of having Sean (project manager), Danny, and Sherpa do all the cleaning and they were EXCELLENT, professional, and beyond helpful, very knowledgeable. They started by covering everything in plastic and then vacuumed each air duct, cleaned the vent grills and even painted ones that needed it, then sprayed and sealed everything to clean the mold and prevent it from growing back. They even cleaned the mold in 1 of my closets as a courtesy, cleaned dust from the walls and ceiling fans, and then some! I also had someone over that was replacing carpet in one of the rooms and Sean was kind enough to help him move furniture!! If you're looking for quality work, great people, and peace of mind, don't go anywhere else!!

My air conditioning unit was straining under dirty filters quickly after I had changed the filters and I had black dirt on the vents and fans. So I did research on having the vents cleaned. Chatting with Mike on the phone I realized that not all vent cleaners are the same! I selected Air Quality Control Environmental, Inc. because they sounded professional and attentive to details. They came right on time and got right to work. They covered my interior with protective drapes. An air scrubber ran while they worked on cleaning and coating my fiberglass vents. They cleaned up after themselves. The photos of the inside of my vents before and after were fairly shocking. I am very glad that I decided to have the vents cleaned and so pleased that I chose Air Quality Control to do the work. I highly recommend this service company.

Will never recommend this service to anyone. They are fast when they trying to take money from you, but if they messed up, you won't hear from them EVER.

I hired this service on February, next day my husband went to change the air filter, ac door vent fall off and almost hit him!( He could've end up in the hospital) the door was broken, we saw bunch tapes and the spring came off too! Called the company at least 5 times to finally get a hold to someone to check the door, the conclusion was we need a new door. Called another 5 times to finally spoke with the owner, she would not take the blame and told me her employee told her the door was already broken. The way she talked to me was as if I'm lying, trying to take advantage of her company.She told me she will only write me a check for half of the cost of a new door since they didn't broke it, the only mistake from them was they simply didn't informed us that our door was broken. I told her at the moment it was fair enough since I thought maybe we were wrong.( I wasn't present when they did the service)

After I talked to my husband, he confirmed the door was not broken last time he changed the filter and after they did the service it was broken.

It's the end of May now( three months after the service) I still didn't get the check she promised. I called her and there is no apology whatsoever. She said she will let the office look into it. Still didn't hear anything from them. At the point, I gave up!! The end of day it's not about the $30 check, it's how they handle customer service and it's terrible. All this time was me trying to get a hold for them, they always said they will call you back, never once. For the service is $800, not worth it of all the aggrevation.

Air Quality Control cleaned and applied Foster 40-20 coating 5 years ago on my ducts.
This week, another company told me I need to coat my ducts and charge 3 times the price. I called Air quality, because their product has a warranty of 10 years. The owner Mike came the same day I called him to check the ducts and told me they stand by the quality of their work.
Sure enough, the ducts are clean, no mold and the coating is as brand new.
He said I don't need anything at this time, and call them if anything happens within the 10 years.
I highly recommend this company. Their price is great, workmanship excellent and you can rely on them years after the job is done.

Mike and AQCEI were referred by the AC company that works through Costco. The ducts in my newly purchased home were fiberboard duct in soffits, not clean and had a musty smell. Mike fully explained the process when we spoke on the phone. They arrived on time to clean and encapsulate the plenum while the unit was off the roof and then worked inside to clean and then encapsulate the fiberboard ducts. Mike showed my before and after pics of the work, took the vents off each room and gave them a good cleaning at my request, put them back up and cleaned up all areas they worked at, including vacuuming. What a difference the air quality is now and the dust is substantially reduced. These guys did great work.

Amazing service!
Everyone was very helpful. They responded to my needs so quickly and went above and beyond on site! My husband has very bad allergies so we were cleaning out the ducts as a way to keep the air clean. The place we are renting from had a sprinkler issue and caused the back room to get some water damage. We had mold testing done and the individual said everything was “within normal limits”, so we left it alone.
Well, when Mike and the team came out to do our ducts, they brought a thermal camera (of sorts), looked over our report and told us there are several red flags. We hired a second mold guy per Mike’s recommendation and turns out there are two dangerous molds- that attribute to allergies- growing!! We contacted the landlord and they are doing the remediation (tearing up the floor and out that wall)!! We would have completely left it alone had it not been for Mike.
Seriously! He’s the guy that tells you if something needs to get done, or it’s not necessary. Very honest. Very kind. I highly recommend!

Mike and his team are fantastic can’t say enough good things about them. He helped us with a complex air conditioning issue that no other air-conditioning contractor was able to solve. No matter what we did our master bedroom was not cooling down and his out-of-the-box thinking solved our issue and cut our electric bill by 25% . I think it’s very rare to find someone in the air-conditioning business who understands more than just replacing or servicing air-conditioning unit itself. Very appreciative of his professional team, they are amazing, knowledgeable people!!!

Professional!! Professional!! Professional!!! Unbelievable customer service, they are excellent about informing you about your AC unit, ducts, how to protect your home, lower your bill. Mike and the team are great. They respond quickly to phone calls and text messages, and actually listen. They don’t attempt to upsell you on anything you don’t need. What a change in pace as other places will attempt to sell you on something that isn’t even necessary. I’m a true believer and will continue to use their services in the future. Customer for life.

Great Services ! I had my ducts cleaned, and i ended getting the coating and cleaning my dryer vent. They are pro-green ! They took care of my ducts, my carpet and left everything even cleaner . They explained me the process by phone while doing an estimate and the technicians allowed me to see their work. I am very allergic to anything, but their products are safe and anti-allergic . The prices were very reasonable, ... but all I can say is that you pay for a great job.
