I met John (the owner) and Ralphie and had a great experience each time. They are courteous, professional, and efficient. I feel we paid a fair price and received top-quality work. They also offer services such as email/text when a technician is on the way, a link to check how close your tech is to arriving, etc. that make things even more convenient. I'd definitely recommend them!

Quality of work was good, tech was good. However, initial price quote of no more than $350.00 jumped to $750.00 once on site (double what was estimated on phone) even though I provided a full description of what I needed and pictures of everything upfront. I wound up paying $400.00 so not happy with price. While I understand a company's need to upsell, it is not appreciated when on a budget. They also did not bring the materials required and had to leave to go get them. Again, they were provided pictures of everything. The tech said he never saw them.

Jason and Michael were great! Very professional and showed genuine dedication to doing the job right. They were very polite and courteous and took the time to answer my questions and explain all the work that was done. Been using King Electric's services since we moved to Coral Springs three years ago. They always respond quickly and arrive on time. All the technicians that had come to our place have done an outstanding job, though special mention goes to Jason Bui who has done a great job keeping our HVAC running smoothly and Jude Bitar who recently installed a light fixture,

I called to have two fans installed and replace the outlet covers which is a very simple job that should take no more than 2-3 hours. Something I could have done myself but honestly did not have the time.
First they charge $89 to come out and give you a quote. Over the phone they were super nice told me it should take no more than 3 hours that’s about $300 which I was ok with. When the gentlemen arrived by the name of Xavier Moreno he quoted me $400 to install each fan. That’s $800 dollars plus an extra $1,000.00 to replace the 6 outlet which a 10 year old can do with a screw driver. The total quote was $1,965.00. I don’t even know how this company is still in business ripping off people!!!!
Do yourself a favor and stay away if you don’t want to be robbed. After all I still had to spend $89 just for them to come out and give a ridiculous quote. What a BAD BUSINESS. STAY AWAY!!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

They did a great job and did everything that we agreed on. The owner of the company came out both days just to make sure that the job was excellent. I will do business with them again in the future.

Major repairs completed that 3 other companies could not do. They are amazing! Unparalleled customer service! We also signed up for their red carpet service. We cannot say enough about this company. They are top notch in our experience.

The technician, Nick, arrived at my house shortly after I spoke with the owner of the company on the phone. He was clean, well dressed and courteous. The kind of person one doesn't mind having in their home. Nick showed me what needed to be done and it made perfect sense the way he detailed it. He gave me an estimate which was a bit high, but brought it down after speaking with his boss. The work was scheduled for the next day but when he arrived it was raining and he told me he would come back on Monday, which I could understand. A few hours later, without any input from me, the problem fixed itself and now everything is back to normal again. I am going to cancel the appointment for Monday, but because of the professionalism Nick displayed I plan on calling Kings for future projects that I will be undertaking soon.

Let me start by saying that it’s almost impossible to put in words how satisfied I am with the service that Kings Electrical and Air Conditioning provided. From the moment I called and spoke with Lauren, their level of customer service is beyond professional and simply put excellent. Then to having Nick, our technician, to change our electrical panel and it was all just a great experience! Hands down I would highly recommend them to everyone!

My air conditioning broke in my office. I called another company and they came but didn't fix it. They said they'd come back in an hour but never did. I called king and spoke with Emily. I explained how desperate I was and how hot and uncomfortable my staff was. She sent her technician Phil who arrived in fifteen minutes! The company is so well run, they text and email you the bio on the tech that's coming. They send a link so you can check the distance to see exactly where the technician is and how much longer it will be before he arrives. When Phil showed up, he was so pleasant and professional. He knew what was wrong in five minutes. He was very honest and said I might need a new part soon but he was able to fix it for now.

I will always call them first if I have any A/C or electrical needs.
