I had one of their electricians out to my house to check out a circuit that kept tripping the breaker. The technician figured out I had hidden rusted areas in my main panel box, then gave me options to safely fix it. Luckily they caught it and replaced the parts because we discovered a burning smell in another room related to it. They weren't the cheapest, but after they left and since they did the work, I felt as if I saved money from what it seemed like could have happened. These people were also clean and polite to my family and my wife said they called twice after to check to see if everything was OK. Pretty good company.

Emily and Phil were able to fit me in, last minute, on a Saturday. Phil then replaced the whole panel on Monday. He answered all of my questions honestly and put me at ease with hiring a company I found on Google. I do not believe it was the absolute cheapest company I could have found, but it was an emergency job and they guarantee their work for a year. I am going to keep using Kings Electrical for future jobs as well.

The gentleman explained everything before he did anything. Then asked if that is what we wanted. Gave prices and asked again if that was okay. After we said yes he began work. We liked the way it was handled and also the job was completely professional to the end.

King's in Orlando always makes time for an appointment when I need one. Ralphie is fabulous. He figures out the problems with the wiring in my older house, fixes it all, and does it with a sunny, good natured attitude. He never says it can't be fixed, or tries to distract with a more expensive solution than I need. I will always call them first!

After soliciting bids from a variety of contractors for replacement of 5 ceiling fans in my home, my wife & I took a chance with Kings Electric & AC. I could not be happier that I did. Absolute crook! My A/C broke on a weekend in the summer. The owner came out personally to rob me. Claimed wires running from my thermostat to the a/c needed to be replaced and quoted me around $500...with 200$ deposit for his service call and inspection. He said once this was done he "may find something else wrong" and need to fix and charge for more. I got a real electrician to come check the wires and was told there was nothing wrong with them. I Got a new ac company to look and it turned out there was a physical hole in my frion tank! This guy just made up something about wires to charge me for something when he would have needed to fix the real problem in the end! I went to complain and get my money back and they refused to talk to me... called the police on me for coming to their office to complain(so they claimed at least- -I broke no laws nor heard from any law enforcement) ..so ...excellent customer service too... stay away from this company!

Replaced an A/C unit for my 87 year old mother's home. Did a great job. Showed up exactly on time. Service guys were terrific. Great service and very competitive pricing. Love Kings Electric!!
