From the day I scheduled the appointment, Lauren and Chris were very nice, friendly and informative they kept me informed.
Then the technician Ryan Carey great big personality big smile very enthusiastic as if he was excited to go to work.
Ryan is very knowledgeable, went right to work kept me informed what he was doing and before in knew it, he was done!
My scrambled eggs has not finish cooking yet! 😂

BEWARE!! My elderly mother inlaw.was scammed by this company. She hired them to install a breaker box and bring her electric up to date and they took her money without finishing the job. She is trying to close on her home she's had for 50 years and Kings Electric is holding her affidavit hostage in order to stop her closing for the second time. Kings was paid in full only because she's been forced to do so for the closing. Kings Electric has been making her worry constantly and she cries herself to sleep. We've reached out to the local news ( help me Howard) and the local police department in the hopes they never do this to another elderly person. We're also reaching out to anyone else they've abused.

Update - used kings for electrical work and they were an incredible ripoff. Do not trust this company. The work that they quoted was not done because they “couldn’t do it they way they quoted.” But they did subpar work for the same price. This is the $145 ground (I got a discount ! list price was $150. ) for new heat pump. Not a new ground, they added this 2 foot long green wire to existing ground. Other parts of the job were likewise overcharged. A ‘by the foot’ quoted outlet install in my garage supposed to be 20 feet was only run 6 feet from panel. Do not trust this company. Original review - Jason came out on a Saturday (his day off) to look at our a/c. He was very professional and courteous, quickly found and fixed the problem. The repair was even covered by our maintenance contract with Kings. Highly recommend both Kings and in particular, Jason. Thank you for taking care of us on short notice.

This company is extremely responsive and focuses on the needs, not the up sale. Because of their level of professionalism, we will be using them for ceiling fan installation as well as AC service contract. We would recommend to anyone looking for a trusted company. We were referred to them by Duke Power. That should say something. Ralphie was our pro who took care of us......top notch!

I was referred to King’s Electric by my usual electrician from another company. Jason Bui was the technician who helped me. His advise on my needs was presented in a simple way which was easy for me to understand. He returned to finish the job and completed all work in about an hour. Cost was reasonable, and Jadon helped make this problem a nice experience. Satisfied customer here in Victoria Patk Towers!

Ralphie did an excellent job upgrading our electrical panels and adding electricity to the garage.

My AC was leaking and Kings is my go-to company. Ms. Lauren set my appointment as right away. I received an early appointment and Mr. Gonzolo was at my house within 2 hours, maybe less. Not only did he fix my issue, he taught me about preventative steps to keep my AC running without leaks or any other issues. I really am thankful for an honest company such as Kings. Will continue to do business with them for the foreseeable future!

Although they solved the problem, it was very evident what it was. One circuit breaker was replaced in the panel. The tech was on site about 2.5 hours for reasons unknown to me. The proposal and invoice are very vague about what was done. I was told by another electrician that the problem should have been found and corrected in about 30 minutes. Considering this, the price was outrageous. After reading the review from Jon Lewis, it's interesting that my problem was basically the same and the price was the same. Mr. Lewis was smart enough to walk away, I unfortunately did not. I definitely would not recommend this company.

This company is awesome I was desperately in need of a good electrician and I literally cold called them. Their office was extremely responsive and quick to try and resolve my air conditioner and electrical issues. I’d like to give a special thank you to the owner John G. for personally coming out to my home after other electricians were unable to find the problem. I would also like to thank Lauren for all her help as well. This business is owned by a small family and they try very hard to keep their customers extremely happy!
