Nick Gelsomino was fantastic. Arrived a bit early and listened as I explained my issue the best I could. He asked some clearly explained questions then inspected and correctly diagnosed the problems. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the situation and the solution. I was pleasently suprised at the very reasonable price he gave me. He proceeded to perform the work in a most professional manner. When he was done he throughly cleaned up. On top of his excellent work, Nick was very personable and I appreciated his excellent explanations as he worked. I definitly recommend Kings and will absolutely use them in the future.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company came out on a Sunday when my A/C was not blowing cold air. I was told the wires needed replacing and the coils, inside and out needed cleaning. The service tech came to my house late after telling me he was home "taking a nap" and completed the repairs for $635. There was a warranty for 90 days. Today, less than 2 weeks later, I have the same problem. Waited 2 hours for the service tech who was "finishing his lunch and would be right over". Once here, the tech went outside and told me that the fan motor was not working, needed a new motor as well as a new blade. The estimate was $630 and they would give me 10% off because they had been here before. When I asked about the price and questioned what brand of motor they were using, the tech became almost hostile. I called two other companies while he was here and found out that the "universal motor" was about 1/4 the price I was being quoted. When I asked about the price, the tech told me he was not going to do the repair, put the A/C back together, got in his truck, and left. I called the company and spoke to Lauren and she told me that it was my choice to check with another company for a price on the new motor, that she no longer would do the job or honor my warranty, and that she did not care what kind of review of the company I left. I called another A/C company who was here within 15 minutes and looked at the motor. There was absolutely nothing wrong with any of the parts. The service tech told me that he could not replace the motor or the blades because they were in perfect working condition. He charged me nothing for the service call, and my air conditioning is now running smoothly.

The day of our party with 50 people the power went out to a large portion of our home including the air conditioning. All circuit breakers were in the on position. We needed an emergency electric technician ASAP that would have cost hundreds of dollars and wasn’t available for six hours.

The technician on the phone thought he could save me hundreds of dollars and save the party by walking me through a special procedure which I performed.

It worked & the power came back on immediately. This saved the day!!!
The party was a huge success too.

Kings electric is knowledgeable, helpful and a great electrical contractor. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I called Kinds Electrical early this morning, and the company was able to send out a technician, Xavier, the same day. Xavier called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was polite, wore shoe covers (to help keep my floor clean) and provided me with a detailed assessment and discussed the options to remedy the issue. The company emailed me his photo in advance and provided information on the enhanced steps the technicians follow in light of COVID-19. Kings Electrical is a professional business, and I recommend you give them a call for your A/C or electrical needs.
