Xavier showed up within the time frame that was given. He was very professional friendly and explained what was going on without sugar coating it. He gave me four different options of cost any also informed me that I could Finance it. It was a positive experience and would highly recommend Kings electrical in the future.

Kings Electric was very responsive, sent via text a photo of the tech who was coming to the house and he came on time. Assessed the job gave me a quote. Completed the job quickly and for the quoted price. Nick the tech explained what he going to do and did a nice clean job.

Ralphie was great! He came out and assessed our needs and gave me 3 quotes options, but was not pushy at all! He did the work and it is great!

I asked them to install 4 ceiling fans. I was happy with that until one in my bedroom started making noise. I asked them to come out and fix that because I could not sleep due to the racket. I also asked to have someone install an electrical outlet while they were here. They sent someone out and he made the fan not as loud, but it still makes noise. He made a quote for the outlet and I said I would call them back to do that. He never said anything about costing more if they came back or I would have done it then. I then made an appointment to have the outlet put in and no one showed up. I called and they said they had an emergency. If that were the case, I would think that they would call me. Clearly it was just not booked. They then sent out another guy who said that the price I was quoted for the outlet was just because the last electrician was in the house and they never charge that price. I was never told that when he was here or I would have done it then. If I could give this company no stars, I would but I have no option to do that. This is not the way to conduct a business. Needless to say, I would stay away if you are smart.

I helped my brothers General Contractor company out for years. Now retired I’ve found one of the hardest repair and installation people / companies to find is Electricians. I got lucky Kings Electric & AC is

Replaced our HVAC unit. Responsive service and quality work. We've been using King's for a few years now for various projects.

We lost power to half of our house when the heat kicked on during our recent cold snap. I called King’s Electric, whom we had used before. The owner arrived within 2 hours and quickly dianosed the problem and got our power up until the final repair could be completed. We were given options and decided to go for for the upgraded electrical panel to safeguard our power load. When our new panel arrived the team got to work. Phil and Earl were knowledgable, professional and prompt. They left our garage cleaner than when they arrived. We are totally satisfied with the work of King’s Electric.

My thermostat went out, so I tried to replace it, but found that the breakers weren’t shutting off power to the thermostat. Meanwhile, I have no AC in August in Miami, so I needed an electrician NOW, but I called two companies who said they couldn’t get to me for a couple of days. Then I found Kings Electric, whose electrician arrived in three hours, and quickly spotted the problem with the panel - just incorrect labeling of the breakers. He then installed the new thermostat for me. I definitely will use Kings Electric from now on.

Ralphie is the best, very honest and down to earth handyman, keeps costs and other important factors in mind, all while doing excellent work.

Unless you are very wealthy, don't call this company. They are overpriced and will not give a quote unless they come out. The charge is $90. Too much for someone on a fixed income. We asked for a ballpark quote and was told that was not possible but when the man came out to do the estimate, he stated everything has a set charge. Why couldn't a ballpark quote be provided then?? Cost my elderly parents $90 for nothing.
