    The service technician was great. Very professional. Came out and diagnosed the problem within 24 hours. He requested the part needed to repair my air handler motor and came back out to install it. It didn’t take him long to install the motor. After he was finished with the repair/installation, he showed me that everything was working properly. He showed me that the motor was working and then showed me that the temperature in the vents was cold and working properly. Very professional.

    Michael was the lovely technician that came to assist me with my AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and explained step by step the issues he saw and guided me on the correct actions to take. He also went out of his way to clean certain parts of the AC and left it wayyy better than what it was. He went above and beyond, and I am grateful for his service. Will be asking for him again if I ever run into any issues.

    Technician was great in coming out so quickly. My husband already had diagnosed that we needed a new motor. We needed someone to get the part and install. I didn’t like that the technician told me the part will be shipped for next day arrival. I waited 3 days and no part arrived. I was able to call another company that came the same day and was able to get the part and install. The fact that i was without AC for 4 days and no urgency on you guys part didn’t leave me with a smile.

    Jose was a great Technician came out late after hours and was able to fix the problem fast. He also took the extra time to make the unit run better and more efficient. He noticed some fixes that needed to made by the regular crew during the day and called dispatch to make sure it would get scheduled. Great service and knowledge!

    Waited 6 hours for the service call. Very nice technician. Heard dripping when he was finished. Said it was nothing and would stop within 10 minutes. An hour later there was flooding from the system. Huge clean up. Called Air America to get someone to come back. Since it took them 6 hours to come, it was now evening time. They said it would be an additional fee even though I just signed up for their elite program that included emergency services. They never showed. Called first thing next morning and was told manager would call back within the hour to schedule same day service. No call. Received text that a service would be scheduled in 3 days. Meanwhile also noticed that they lowered my thermostat 5 degrees for maintenance check and never returned to proper setting before leaving. I have been a customer for years, but will be looking elsewhere.

    Update:

    Continued to try and reach someone in authority at Air America for the next day or two with a phone call and through their website with no success. Ten days later I received a call from the customer service manager who had come across my google review and took the time to investigate the matter and piece together what had transpired. She said it was a calamity of errors on their part. She explained that Air America just hired a new answering service that had not been adequately trained. But, she could not figure out why my emergency service call was cancelled, why there was a delay in rescheduling, or why I never was contacted by upper management. She definitely wanted to make it right, and sent out their best service technician to provide another maintenance check at my convenience. She also provided a dozen complimentary air filters, and encouraged me to contact her directly in the future. So I am changing my 1 star review to 3 stars. I cannot give 5 stars after everything that transpired, but the average of the1 star original review, and the 5 star response from the customer service manager equates to 3 stars. Air America should give their customer service manager a bonus for saving their company from further disaster. I will continue to use their services. Everyone deserves second chances.

    Good. Efficient. He recommended replacing the downstairs ac unit but cost is a big concern to us. Tech understands and I requested company provide more details on your recommended make model and SEER rating for a replacement unit. Tech said he could followup with me on Saturday.

    My technician was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He came on time and was very clean. My only comment is that usually the company calls me to schedule my twice a year maintenance bc I have a plan, but this week my AC just didn’t feel like it was working right so I called for a repair and the reality is that I was due for service but didn’t realize it bc no one called me to schedule it like they usually do. So now moving forward I set an alarm in my phone to call every 6 months.

    My Nest thermostat suddenly stopped working. The error was no power to R wire. I called Air America for an emergency service. The customer service was very good. They told me emergency service will cost additional charge which I accepted. They also texted me when the technician started with his photo. The technician Devin Jones was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and did an excellent job. Overall I received an outstanding service.

    Leroy arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He offered solutions, and my AC was fixed within an hour. Leroy was very professional and willing to answer all questions regarding maintenance and best practices.

    I had this company come out to do a full electrical inspection on my recently bought house because I intend to install a/c units, but was worried the wiring was too old and wouldn’t be able to handle the additional units. Well I’m happy I had them come out because their rep/tech was very knowledgeable, informative, and educational. Adeolu went above and beyond in my opinion and truly looks out for his clients best interest.
