Brianna Robbins did a terrific job with replacing the motor on our system. She didn't give up when she ran into a snag with the wiring. I know that not all AC's are the same because I've had plenty of new ones installed and parts replaced over 40 years of home ownership. Never give up is my motto and I would wager it is Brianna's also. She did not give up! Thanks Brianna!

Mr. Teddarel Devon Duncan came to help us with an absolute flood in our house from the A/C . He was so courteous and helpful, he quickly & efficiently took care of the problem, stayed to ensure it was solved and made sure we were comfortable with the results before he left. We’d be lucky to have him as our technician anytime!

Service man was extremely helpful knowledgeable and courtious .he was very professional. I would recommend him and your company to anyone looking for air conditioning service. On a scale of 1 to 10 he was a 12.

Did the job they were hired for. Arrived in good time. At the beginning and end, they were friendly. In between, on two occasions they used equipment that set off our fire detectors, and offered no explanation of what was happening and when it would end. They cleaned up and finished well.

Jesse was thorough, clean and efficient in troubleshooting my HVAC unit. He was also at my house doing troubleshooting within 2 hours of my phone call to Air America. I would have him back for service or maintenance any time.

They are very professional with affordable service plans. Very knowledgeable, proficient and friendly. Also they don’t try to sell you items you don’t need every 5 minutes…lol. Kamari was professional, responsive, personable, and on time. My air handler was dripping water so he cleaned the drain line. As long as it stops dripping, I can also say he provided quality work.
