We have been doing business with Air America for some time now. This is the 2nd unit to be installed within 30+ years . The prior unit served well thus there was no reason to not accept Air America's recommendation for a replacement and of course to complete the install. My ac stopped working in the middle of the night and although they weren’t able to send someone out that same night, they did pick up the phone and was super helpful. Everyone I’ve spoken to and interacted with so far have been courteous. Mike was the technician that fixed my ac and I appreciated how quick he was in diagnosing and fixing the issue.

Leroy was professional and patient. He had his own shoe covers! Explained step by step what was happening. I appreciated the check up.

I have used Air America for 15 years+, have purchased new systems from them . I also have had their service agreement for maintenance every year and every person that have been here has been fair, knowledgeable, clean, and nice. Its a pleasure to deal with a first class operation.

On a weekend afternoon recently my old AC, went down and Air America was at my house in less than an hour to fix the issue. A few days later I ordered and new unit and that was done the next day. Total Quality.

Tedarrel was an amazing technician. Since having my initial issue over a year ago I have had 3 maintenance check ups and have all been very happy with the progress of maintenance, customer service and professional technicians.

ROLIN - worst TECHNICIAN EVER! We call AC Maintenance because were in need. Our day has already started off terrible and for a technician to come to my house with an attitude is absolutely not acceptable. Not clearly communicating what the issue was he was fixing, raising his voice when going over the maintenance fees and discussing future maintenance plans was a nightmare. He proceeded to tell me his 10% off wasn't valid if I don't sign up for a maintenance plan and he was doing me a favor. I ended up using the $50 off $200 as our repair was over $500. I WILL NOT SIGN UP FOR MAINTENANCE AND EXPECT THAT TYPE OF SERVICE. EXTREMELY dissatisfied and unprofessional.
