The air handler stopped working because the sensor in the condensation line activated. This has happened on several occasions. I am the property manager for this condo unit and several others in the building. I always accompany the service technician when there is a problem. This service technician, Ryan was far better and more conscientious than the others that have responded for the same problem. Ryan was very detailed oriented and methodical. He did more than just vacuumed the condensation line and leave. He pulled the condensation line apart and found the plug and removed it. Employees like Ryan are far and few. Hold onto that young man, he is an asset to your company.

On Friday June 4th, 2021, I called Air America AC for help in diagnosing the problem i was having with my thermostat. The representative i spoke to was absolutely pleasant and accommodating. I briefly explained my problem to her and she responded by giving me a reasonable time that she could get a service person out to my home. The service person arrived and was able to diagnose the issue. He promptly stated that my thermostat was not working properly and he replaced it with a new and working one. Here in the state of Florida air conditioners are vital and surely need to be in working order. My experience with Air America AC has been especially wonderful. My new and recent installation of my AC from air america has worked wonderfully. Also i think keeping an extended warranty is needed. I want to thank the personnel of Air America for your excellent service.

I have used them for many years and they are replacing my AC unit that rusted out. They replaced my old unit 12 years ago and know they will do a great job on this one too.
