Kimari was on time and friendly. He did a good job and explained everything to me. $189.00 seems a bit pricy for cleaning a drain. Still OK with me if it fixes the problem.

The technician was professional and explained things thoroughly. But it was also suggested that I need to spend yet more money by acquiring a condensation pump—something that no one has ever suggested to me before in all my years as a customer with this company.

I have 2 units they do AC maintenance on. They change my filters, let me know if I need anything to improve my units. I would like to have Abdel again. He was very knowledgeable. professional & on time. They all r. Todd works in the office,& he called me to let me know when Abdel would be at my home. All around services our excellent

scam you with the maintenance plan and when they come its to sabotage your unit. theyll have you playing them wvery couple months

Disappointed
I saw this company had extremely high reviews. But they did not live up to those standards for me. They told me that follow up the following day to let the coils defrost. They did not. They came the day after. I texted the technician 3 times, and he never responded to me

Excellent experience. She took care of the problem and it was no charge because of recent service done by another one of your techs. He obviously did not do a thorough job

Travis showed up quickly and knew what he was doing. Work was done cleanly and efficiently. I'll definitely use them again for annual cleaning and anything else that pops up.

Awesome on as Michael he was such a gentleman so friendly and kind super professional and I’m so satisfied with the work he installed a new ceiling fan and replace an older one he was on time and did a very good job I will definitely use him again
