Have been using this company for the past year, and I am very pleased with the service they provide. They have helped me out with any problems I have had with my heating and air conditioning. The company's representatives are friendly and professional, which is great because they can help you with any questions that might come up during the process.

They assessed and patched up a hole in our roof next to the Furnace pipe that was causing water to come in (when it rains). Luckily they were able to climb into our attic and find it as a previous roofing company said they did not see anything. They were communicative and explained everything.

After ordering parts myself and unsuccessfully attempting to fix my unit on my own he drove out on his day off (and in the snow) to ensure my home would have heat. 10/10 would recommend it. John was our technician and he did a great job. We are looking to buy an older home with an older heat and air system. The inspector had some questions regarding the working order of the furnace so we had Sheffield Heating & Cooling come out for a second opinion. John was very through and explained everything in layman's terms. He made a few recommendations but didn't try to up-sell me. I appreciated his professionalism and candor.

Sheffield Heating & Cooling was recommended to us years ago after we had not so great service with three other similar providers in the area. John is knowledgeable, hardworking and pleasant. He offered, but did not push services. He was packed up , ready to go and I had one more concern. He cordially unpacked everything ad resolved my issue even though it was after 7:00 pm.
