Very Satisfied with my A/C company. The technicians are very knowledgeable and our technician today was very nice and showed us what we needed. Michael is very professional and I give him five stars for service.

Our first experience with Air America was fantastic! So thankful we called them. Travis was our technician and he was excellent! Very professional and informative! Travis has an amazing personality! Hope he is our technician for our next maintenance appointment.

Horrible company, and customer service! We get our 5 year old AC maintenanced by Air America EVERY 6 months. But with the florida heat and humidity, our drain line became clogged. So we called and made an appointment for someone to come out. We waited for 3 days!! We were told someone was coming on a Monday, and they never showed up.After numerous calls and multiple rescheduled appointments, someone finally showed up on Thursday. My kids and I were in a 90 degree house with no AC for 3 days!! When all was said and done, I was charged almost $200 for something that only took 10 minutes. But no problem, i was just happy to have AC!!… not even 3 weeks later! The AC stopped working again. This time someone came out immediately, took one look and said their was nothing he could do unless we paid the company $900 to clean the coils. We weren't prepared for that, we were told that because the issue occurred within 30 days of someone coming out, the service would be free. I told him we would be in contact, and called another local company to come out the next day. When this company arrived, they told me that the coils were perfectly fine and he wasnt gonna charge me for an acid wash when we absolutely did not need it. Needless to say, it was the drain line the entire time. He fixed the issue and got our AC up and running for half the price…We have been with Air America for almost 4 years. But sadly, after our last few encounters, we are calling and canceling our contract!

She was very personable and extremely understanding of my situation. She was able to compensate me for the time and hassle. So, i am giving Air America another try… after all, they are the only company we have been with for years

Had Air America replace central air May of 2021. They did a GREAT job, left the area clean and very professional. Since then I had 3 maintenance calls, 1 just now, and they were professional and courteous. Will always use them and recommend them

Travis Armstrong was the most personable Technician that I’ve ever done business with. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain the entire process to me. 10/10 recommend!

Originally I was not happy about customer service at all but received a follow-up call from manager and their follow-up for customer service was excellent. They replaced the AC compressor initially and I explained to the service manager that it was still making some noise. Their staff came back out and did a great job of diagnosing the problem and ultimately told me the new compressor was faulty. They replaced the compressor a second time. This was no easy task (3-4 hour job to replace) but they did a great job! Luckily the new compressor was covered under warranty. I also bought the extended warranty coverage for another year so I wouldn't need to pay another $1,000+ to pay for the labor and freon - worth the peace of mind. Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service follow-up, diagnosis, and repair.

Mark arrived on time. He was very professional and affable. Air America sent us a text message letting us know that Mark was on his way and they attached his picture to the message which added another layer of safety to the visit. We have been using their service for several years and we will continue doing so.

Mike did an excellent job! He was polite, very knowledgeable and honest. He sold me the VIP membership which was a fantastic value for me and the repairs he had to do !!

I like Air America. I have called Air America during business hours and also after business hours. In both cases I was able to get help and schedule an appointment. Recently my A/C stopped working at 12 mid night and I called on a Saturday at 1 a.m. Air America sent a tech the next day! The tech was professional and friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue and the repair was completed quickly. I highly recommend Air America. Thanks Air America!

I’ve been with Air America over 15 years and have 3 property accounts with Air America. I’ve always carried their maintenance program and while service has generally been good, todays service was exceptional.
Mark and his apprentice Rasheed were so thorough and detailed. They came within the time frame specified as well. I will in the future demand this professional duo to service my contract. They are efficient, knowledgeable and exhibit friendly, helpful personalities! I am so impressed that this is my first ever review. Please hire more committed employees such as Brian and Rasheed!
