Tito was very informative on what needed to be done as well as what was recommended! I appreciate the work he did even though the insurance company didn't follow his recommendations! I will use this company again, if necessary! He gets a 10 in my book!!

Richard was absolutely fantastic. I’m new in Delray Beach and was concerned about using a business I was not familiar with. The reviews on Air America convinced me to try them. They were here in less than 2 hours! Did a thorough job. Explained everything to me including all the options. So glad I chose Air America!

Responded quickly to my request for service, good communication with company before, during and after visit, technician was prompt and courteous. Overall, a good experience......

UNTIL THE NEXT DAY WHEN MY A/C HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. Said they'd come back the next day (Saturday) and check it out - but couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be a charge. Said the tech noted that my AC coils were dirty. First, it's not like he said "hey, your AC will work for 1 day because of dirty coils regardless of my service today." Second, the AC unit in my house that he said had the dirtier coils is the the one that's fine and didn't need servicing in the first place. Guess we'll see what happens.....

The techs that arrived and performed my - truly set the bar high and I would recommend them to anyone and suggest you consider them to train other employees- but I have had similar experiences with almost every tech from Air America, to come perform maintenance and only company I would have used for my complete new unit and duct installation .

We have been having trouble with our AC unit and Air America has been very quick about sending someone to help out. All the techs have been good but yesterday's tech Jesse Dague as outstanding! Great attitude, clear communication, got the job done and was super polite. I don't hope we need help again but if we do I hope Jesse comes to save the day again. Give this guy a raise!

As usual JR showed up on time and ready to do maintenance on my AC equipment. Always pleasant, knowledgeable, and educational about what he will do. After checking compressor on roof, he reported everything within normal tolerances and replacement motor doing well. Then, he cleaned the filter and put chlorine tablets in drain line. All in all another quality visit by JR to keep our AC system in good shape. 👍
Great job by a knowledgeable tech, I will ask for him again.

Leroy is an asset to your company. Well mannered, well groomed, very professional. I have two contracts with you and will request him each time. He had fixed a problem in the past that took several visits from others that were unable to fix the problem. Don’t lose him. He should be considered for managerial position. He really knows this business.
