AC went out on a Friday afternoon
Repair tech was at my door in 90 minutes! He was able to service unit and diagnose issue.
Very pleased with service and would highly recommend.

Been using Air America since 2010. They installed both of our systems back then and have been servicing them ever since. Just scheduled the install of a Ultraviolet treating system and Halo whole house air purification system. Spoke with Customer Rep Tammy Lee and in less than 15 minutes, she competed pricing; payment processing; and, next day scheduling for the install. Always a great experience with these folks. Highly recommend!

We have used air America for several years and have always had a great experience. They are very professional, on time and thorough. We just recently had AC and electrical work done and the job came out great. Frank came out first who is friendly professional and very knowledgeable took the time to explain things ... once the job was done Our tenant called to say Michael who had done the electrical work was professional and did a great job , he cleaned up after the job was completed and everything was working perfect. She stated how great of a worker he is. Also a big thank you to Monica who provides great customer service she is very professional , friendly and follows through every time. Everyone there is great ... highly recommend this company !!

The technician completely misdiagnosed the issue with the a/c system. My 89 year-old mother was told he would come back later that same day, because the system needed to defrost. He never showed up. Repeated calls to Air America went straight into voicemail. This is supposed to be a 24 hour service! Not only did the tech lie about coming back, the system was not frozen. It was repaired by a different service and it was a part that needed to be replaced.

What makes me most angry was that my elderly mother had to go an additional 24 hours with no air conditioning, with the thermostat on 89 degrees in her home, because the tech told he’d come back. If he hadn’t done that, we would have called another service. Instead, he hung us out to dry because, by the time we realized he was not coming back, it was too late to call another service. In addition, with all the messages I left with Air America, no one ever called to apologize or even explain why the technician said he’d come back and didn’t. Do not use this service!!!!!

I'm very happy with air america. They've been servicing my units for a long time. I like their system of notifying me when their on the way & always being punctual. Their personable & efficient. Also very respectful of my home.

We had several jobs for Michael to do. Initially he told us he could have everything done with no problem in one day. Then he was met with challenges he did not anticipate and it took 2 days. We had to spend extra for a drywall repair guy. Michael is technically sound and determined, but in the future he should disclose to his customer all of the possible hiccups that might occur, so that there are no surprises.

Very Knowledgeable. Thoroughly inspected the my ac ventilation system. I have already booked an appointment to get the issues repaired. He took photos to help explain the issues. I am very grateful for his kindness.

Jessie was great as always. He was prompt, took care of business and provided some education from questions I asked. Very professional guy. A huge asset to the company.
