Kimair Wolcott came to my home when my AC unit stopped working . He was there for less than 10 minutes and had the problem fixed. He was terrific!

When my AC stopped working, I called Air America Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical and within the hour they had a technician at the house. Leroy was the technician who troubleshooted and fix my HVAC system. He was very through and took the time to explain what was going on and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend Air America Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical for your HVAC system.

Air America replaced my 5 ton AC Unit complete about 5 years ago. I sign up for the bi-annual service inspections (6 months) and so far my unit continues to perform as new. Various service techs have come out and all have been professional. Jesse was the last and he was excellent. He pointed out a few minor issues to be aware of and possibly take actions on. I trust Air America and they don't make up issues that are not there. I'm an engineer and know my way around HVAC enough to not be fooled. I give Air America two thumbs up!

The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff are wonderful. I have recommended Air America to friends and neighbors. 1st class organization.

I did feel though that expectant cost of service was not transparent. I was told that initial cost was $69, but then there was a diagnostic cost as well...plus cost of repair. Diagnostic fee sure feels like a hidden fee.

A repair was required on our 2.5 year old HVAC Carrier system. We requested an emergency appointment on a Sunday and the tech arrived timely. He replaced what I believe he said was a defective condenser cap and told me that the compressor needed to be replaced. I was very disappointed that a $1,000 repair was necessary on a 2.5 year old system.
We paid and the tech told us that we would get a call on Monday with info on when the compressor could be installed. At 8:15 am on Monday I received a call asking if they could be out between 9:00 & 11:00 am.
The 2 man repair team arrived around 10:00am and worked on the repair until about 4:30pm. The repair techs were friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. As it is very hot here in July, we were very pleased to have our AC back in one day. Still very disappointed that a compressor that should last 10 to 12 years required replacement after only 2.5 years.

Brianna was a pleasure,informative knowledgeable in her job. She had a trainee and was very good with him as well. I hooe she comes back in the future. She's a keeper in my opinion.

On time. Professional completed the job and explained issue and follow up procedures We were very happy that we have a service contract so this was covered and we had a warranty on the part all in all a very pleasant experience

The mechanic Michael Kertesz was a real professional. Quickly located the problem, fixed it . Clean, a true gentleman. Air America you’ve done good hiring this man Thank you for being a professional!!
