Michael was a gentleman. He was soft spoken & knowledgeable. Michael didn’t put any pressure on me. His mission was to explain my best options. He wasn’t going for the sale, only what would benefit me the most. He should teach all repairmen how to serve the customer.

Correy was very informative and pleasant. He answered many of our questions and was very thorough. He was on time and cleaned up all/and any debris and supplies. Correy was very professional. Maintenance was completed on our air conditioning unit. We have this down twice a year.

Mario came and assessed our units and was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the problems. He walked us through our options and worked with us to answer all our questions and concerns. Air America has really stepped up their efforts, and I am extremely satisfied.

We had an issue with our Mitsubishi mini-split. We called in the morning, had a tech onsite by early afternoon. Christopher was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable on our system. He addressed our issue, and took the time to educate us on several things about our system. We’ve now used Air America for both routine maintenance and emergency services. The company is extremely responsive, their techs are professional and personable. Highly recommended!

Wow! Don’t be fooled by the 5 stars like we were. We purchased a very expensive AC system with all the services with it in August 2022. We also had some issues with the other AC unit in our home and they sent out many different guys (4 different times) to look at the problem. We kept getting a different answer on what was wrong with a new quote. We ended up not moving forward with anything being done on that unit so we paid for them to come out 4 times and just redirect the air. A few months go by and we are being contacted by them about a $2,700 unpaid bill. We explained to them that we got it quoted but decided to not move forward with their multiple opinions and it’s working fine now. Still for the next 2 months we were harassed about an “unpaid bill” when the work was never completed. We received letters and calls saying we were being sent to collections for it.
Fast forward to 8 months later and now we have a notice from the city stating we have 30 days to complete an inspection on the AC unit before we are fined. So the job was never completed.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They are a nightmare to deal with.

Bit late but not bad. Technician was fine, very polite and seems knowledgeable. AC was working within 40 minutes. Fee charged was a bit high given the technician said there was nothing actually wrong with the unit. But it works.

JR explained everything he was going to do and documented each step. He was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. JR would be welcome in our home anytime. We are very pleased with the service.

We have a ac problem and the part was ordered but we were struggling with the heat and we spoke with home Depot Lejanis and she got in touch with the company that sent Herby and he temporarily get the ac working for us while we wait for the part to arrive. Herby was very clear and professional in explaining everything and he was very apologetic about the situation especially knowing how hot it was. And Herby also followed up a couple hours after leaving to make sure the ac was still working. We thank you Herby 🙏🙏
