There’s no way you could have sent anyone better! Ricky was professional, courteous, respectful of my property, knowledgeable, and answered ALL my questions. I chose to purchase an AC maintenance contract because of him and will review the new AC system quotes. Having worked in the industry in the past, I was impressed with the pictures he took to show me exactly why I needed to consider a new unit but he didn’t try to pressure me into a sale. I hope Air Mechanical realizes what an exceptional technician they have in him.

This company truly came through for me in an emergency. They sent a technician over within hours. The technician Leroy was very professional and knowledgeable. He had patience with me and explained everything to me. He was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company. The young lady that answered the phone to take my request was also very patient and friendly with me.

Once Mr. Mario showed up he went over to check out my unit. Once the leak was detected he verified the serial number and informed me that I had one year left on the warranty. He excused himself and went to the vehicle to order the new part. He had me pay for half of the cost before he ordered the part then he explained that it might be until the following Wednesday before someone would contact me. He told me to call to verify the status of the part and when the technician would finish my repairs.

So, what could I possibly say about one of the most responsive and responsible companies in South Florida?

Well, I could use superlatives related to "excellence" but that would get old.

Suffice it to say that today, when Jesse arrived, he was efficient, kind, and professional. His demeanor is the kind that other companies envy and his work ethic obviously of high quality.

Overall, this company's technicians are detail-oriented and we've used Air America for 4 years.

Kyle Garland was kind and professional. Explained several solutions, located needed part quickly, began work immediately and finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend his services.

I called their office and they were able to send someone the same day. The technician Rickey was very professional and did a great job inspecting the air handler coil and cleaned out the drain tube from the unit to the outside of the house. Rickey answered all my questions and was very polite, overall a great experience!

Joe G. was amazing! He came in and redid the main water valve, bathroom valves and reset a toilet. My husband normally follows repair workers when they come to the house, but felt so comfortable and confident with Joe he didn't feel the need to follow him around! Joe Garzon and Howard were very helpful and friendly, I'm glad I called. This is my second time using this company, last time was for an A/C and he was equally as helpful, explaining everything.
