Michael Kertesz was our technician and was Great! He was very personable and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and what he found. I will definitely request Michael whenever we need ac service.

Ricky was outstanding. He explained ans was very detail. He could not diagnosed the issue with the AC due to the frozen line, but I will be very please if he is the one that completes tge job in tge AM.

The engineer replaced the motor that had blown on my outdoor fan, there were a few challenges with stuck screws so it took him 90 minutes in this terrible heat and humidity. The engineer Rickey was very polite and personable and did an amazing job. I can’t praise him enough! My fan is working again now!

Last week Christopher came out to prepare an estimate. Although extremely thorough, as if today, I have not received the promised estimate, only this feedback request. I requested an estimate twice. Undecided at this time whether to use this business, even though first impression was great.

Leroy was very professional. Explained the issue to me and provided a quote before performing the work so I knew what I was in for. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and I will definitely use this company again!

Tito did a good job. Very friendly. Unfortunately, the problem was a pool motor and couldn’t be repaired.

I was disappointed in Air America in how they charged me. They charged $196 just to do a diagnostic. That wouldn’t even cover the repair necessarily. I had another issue I wanted them to diagnose and that would also have cost $196 just to look at. I passed.

That’s ridiculous. Charge for a service call. Check out the problem. Quote a price. Credit the service call charge to the repair. That’s the legit way to do it.

With Air America you pay them almost $200 just for them to tell you they can’t help you. That’s a rip off.
