Jay is a great asset to whom he works for. Being an ex a/c mechanic for 22 years in the field, found Jay to be quite intelligent and informed as a salesman and mechanic. Really appreciate him.

Inside blower motor was replaced and a/c still did not work after that. Delvin was persistent and found broken wire was keeping the cold air from blowing

I had an appointment today between 12 and 4. Called at 4 because no tech showed up and was never contacted. They told me the tech was running late sorry. If I had not called would not have known he was running late/ not showing up today. The response was sorry we should have. Unprofessional and total lack of customer service imo. Canceling service contract. Would not recommend this company.

Air America are the most reliable people to call. They answered my call quickly had a tech out the same day. Christopher was the sweetest person very professional awesome customer service, and more than just amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had A/C before he left. I will be calling air America to install a whole new unit.

Had a tenant with a leaky AC. They came over within hours and fixed the problem. As the owner of the property it’s very important to me to have a quick response to my tenants especially in the dog days of summer. They did a great job communicating with me and fixing the problem right away.

Amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable and worked very fast. I jokingly asked how long I'd be without a.c and he said once the old ones out, 3 to 4 hrs max. And the team knocked it out in 3 hours and when they left u never would have known they were there. A.c is working amazing. From dispatch to estimate to Wayne and his team, 5/5 stars.
