Air America Air Conditioning Company deserves 5 stars. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years. Recently we had return vents, duct work, and blower wheel cleaned. I want to thank Jesse Dague and his assistant Ryan for their excellent work and professionalism. Also, Thanks to the a/c technician Kosha Robinson and the office staff (Annie and Chantilly) for all their help and great attitude. We highly recommend them!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle G and I must say I was very impressed. The company did a great job at coming it to provide me with a written quote/estimate for a massive plumbing job. Everything was timely for the sensitive nature and it was appreciated.

One of the worse experiences ever! I had a service contract from Air America and always had to push the techs to do a good job. I spoke to Nelson about servicing my units, the tech arrived and immediately started arguing about the request. I had to call American Standard tech support to get him educated and what he was supposed to do and he did not have a clue how to program the air handler. At the end, he removed some cables from the unit and damaged one of the motor connectors. He even wanted to turn on the unit without the cable which I did not allow. He left promising to come back with a new cable hardness and that was two weeks ago.
Had to call someone else to fix and they will never be allowed in my house.

I am so glad I found air America. They have been great as has Javier the technician. I recommend them both. Javier was patient with my 83 year old father who wanted to see everything Javier was doing. Javier took his time, found the problem repaired it and signed us up for the service maintenance agreement.

Kosha is an awesome technician. Very polite and courteous. He answered all my questions and was able to fix my system problems and even suggested other future services to keep my system running properly. Overall I was very pleased with the service provided.

The technician replaced our electrical panel to bring things up to code. Unfortunately, they cut up and damaged the drywall next to the electrical panel, requiring at least $1,000 dollars to repair the drywall. What was most disappointing was the technician didn’t speak with us about the need to cut up the drywall beforehand, so we were shocked at how damaged the wall was.

Perhaps this company is good at AC and heating needs, but I would not recommend them for electrical work.

Osvaldo 'Tito' came by recently to provide an estimate on possible kitchen ceiling lighting installation. Highly competent, focused, professional, personable, fully engaged w/ clear & concise communication throughout the appointment. Didn't feel pressure. Just a good repure w/ someone who seemed ethical (isn't easy to find in SE Florida).

I've pretty much had a parade (lost count) of contractors, technicians, electricians in here to provide estimates the last few weeks! Looking to remove a mid '70s eye sore drop kitchen ceiling & lighting.

Got an appointment super fast (believe it was the same day). Unlike a good amount of the companies I've contacted, this one from the start provided clear, professional & prompt communication & response time. Same day appointment, I believe!

While I'm still getting estimates & it's an unknown what I'm gonna do, when etc, this is def. a solid, transparent company who I'm def. gonna keep under consideration for something at some point & in my phone! Haha.

I called at 7:30 to schedule within 30 minutes jR arrived. Super friendly professional and knowledgeable. Had both units up and running within one hour. Explained everything and even took pics of all steps. I could not be more pleased!!! Thank you JR and Sir America for superior service!!!!!

My technician Ronald Riggenbach was excellent. Very professional, and answered all of my questions without making me feel like they were not important. His recommendation for service were spot on. I highly recommend this company.

I had a tech come out to see why my ac was not working. He said I needed 2 fuses and a contactor to the tune of $500. He also tried to sell me a service plan for another $200.
I paid him for the service call ($69.99) and sent him on his way. The next day my son in laws Dad was able to come out, he’s the one that installed the AC unit 3 years ago. Well lo and behold all it needed was a .30 cent fuse and nothing more. He was trying to rob me of $700. Boy am o glad I didn’t go for that. I am now trying to get my money back for the service call.
Beware of this company, they are not honest.

Well since posting this review I have been contacted by Air America. They were gracious enough to refund me the service call fee. I was told that often times when a fuse goes bad it also effects other things and this tech assumed that those components needed replacing as well.
I am happy that this has been resolved.
