The technician Michael was very caring and responsive. He really went the extra mile to come out to my residence after 6pm to make sure that we were comfortable and had AC. Great company.

Father's day/ Sunday morning:
I woke up at 1AM the house felt warm and humid. Our air conditioner decided to stop working. My first thought, I'll never get a repair service to come out on Sunday/Father's day.
Well at 6:45AM Google said JD Mohler heating and air was open. ( My first thought was this cannot be right) I called anyway. Jake a real human answered the phone very politely. I explained our situation. He told me he had a truck in Brunswick and he could have them come around noon. Mac showed up around 12:30 ran diagnostics and was able to fix the unit while he was here.
Bottom line:
1. A human answered the phone on a holiday/Sunday before 7AM
2. Jake was very polite and scheduled the service
3. The service technician Mac was on time, also very polite and knowledgeable.
4. Had the part on the truck with him.
5. Explained everything to us.
6. Repaired the unit quickly.
In today's review world, I refuse to write a review at the drop of a hat, unless a product or company earns it.
These guys made it easy and they definitely earned it.
We will never call any other HVAC company from this point on. If anyone asks who do I recommend for HVAC services it will be JD Mohler heating and air.

Michael Baker is truly a professional individual. He fixed our ac/heating system, and it is now running properly for the first time.

JD Mohler is my AC guy! Everyone has an AC guy and everyone has an opinion of who to use. I have been a customer for five years and this is the second unit (2 different houses) that I have purchased and I have been extremely pleased with the service, responsiveness and dedication that Josh's team has to make sure the homeowner is pleased with their work. I know in the world we live in today that there is so much negativity in reviews but I have no complaints with anything. Way to go Team Mohler!!

Thanks to JD Mohler Heating & Air Pros we are now the proud owners of a new Air conditioner! I called them on Thursday afternoon(July 1st)..they came out at 6 that night and gave us a quote for a new AC. It was installed this morning (July 3rd)! On a holiday weekend! After days of it being 85+ degrees INSIDE the house it is now 75 and rapidly cooling! They were recommended to us by a family member and we would recommend them as well to anyone in the area needed AC related work done!

Researched and called several HVAC companies in the area. It was after 5pm and was going to assume a huge financial burden. I contacted JD Mohler and was then added to the call list first thing the next morning. The repairs were complete and was able to pay over the internet. The invoice was a thorough explanation of the service. The technician was honest about the prices, equipment timeline, and the need for any further actions. Highly recommend.
